I hasten to help you. If you create (put) 1-2 Wood stack into a large hearth, it will immediately turn into 1-2 stacks of coal (works only in ashlands). Charcoal kiln are no longer useful. Good luck, friend.
@user-dq6ub9bz3f Thanks for the tip and the haste! I don't mind using the kiln, even though they aren't the most efficient. I have three of them scattered around the Village for firing coal and I know I could make coal faster, but I don't mind the slower operation. Thank you again for the tip and for watching!
