Hi could you please help I have the same modal installed and i have added pin with random 3 digit number combination also i have registered my fingerprint Now the issue is I am able to unlock the door by fingerprint but pin entering feature is not working

Don't Take Ozone Fingerprint Door Security Lock by ozone. My lock not working more then 15day. Not Replay from service . or dealer. I given complain in WhatsApp and service centre and dealar.
