Those get deleted permanently on most EPRV units now. There is an plug kit, Then you need to program an accessory kit and If I recall, update the ECM.
You are correct about the kit. It's on backorder at probably all dealers! Fortunately we got a hold of one . . .

Does this kit work on newer d13 2020 engines? I asked a guy from a dealer and he told me it only works on 2016-2018 models but some reason I don’t believe that
@@KalchykDen The newer models don't come with them. They are removed from the factory.
Hi man can you tell me how to change the plug kit? Do you need to take down the existing EPRV to install the plug kit or you put plug on EPRV than program it

How do you know that it’s time to change this fuel-pressure-relief-valve? What are the symptoms of a failing fpr-valve?
P009B13 fault. Power lost uphill or when loaded. Fault may log intermittently and stored in ecm without an actual check engine light on the dash.

When you change pressure sensor do you need computer to program after that ?

Did you find out the problem? Mine is doing the same thing. Only problem. I had to use starter fluid to get it started. And I have an electric primer. And there’s no way to figure out how to use it. There’s no video for this part

@@KalchykDen The specific fault for this EPRV is P009B13. P016F is for fuel rail pressure too low. There can be multiple reasons why you would have P016F active. Fuel leak, Plugged filter, common rail leak etc.

Don't have enough power , usually when you going uphill, also misfire and higher fuel consumption!
Does this stop Hard starting?
In my case was just loose of power , no hard start! But hard start can be because of a lot of ather problems! Usually related to the air in the fuel!
This truck was with hard start because of fuel filter housing!

What led you to come to that as the problem?
Misfire and a decrease in power, also check engine light, connect tech tool and this is what it was showing me, I replaced the fuel pressure releave valve also the fuel pressure sensor!
