      1 Mask should be wear all operation theater health workers to prevent droplet infection.. 2 Avoid peper work in operation theater

    From what I've heard, doctors are very resistant to this, right until it catches one of their mistakes - and then they're its biggest advocates

      I've seen numerous videos online, and all of them seem theatrical without buy-in from the surgical staff. Where as when I see pilots, they are deeply engrossed in following through the steps of the checklist thoroughly. I think we underestimate the power of institutions to resist change. Particularly, it means that surgeons need to relinquish some power and understand that they are fallible. However, the research itself was phenomenal. Here's hoping that surgical culture changes with time.
