I get no answers from God, and I’m so isolated from both him and friends.
I can’t meet a girl, I really just feeling I’d be better off without being religious.
As I’m just not getting anything, and I do ask.
I don’t even know what denomination I should be Sam Shamion is amazing at debating for the Catholic side.
I feel I’ve wasted my life I’ve been waiting for the right person to marry and I’m now in my late twenties.
I don’t know what to do?
I just rejected a girl I feel bad as she was nice, smart, good job and so on.
But she had multiple sexual partners, which I didn’t want in a girl.
But I feel terrible!
Did I do the right thing? (She is also Jewish.)
The studies I have seen says waiting makes your marriage stronger.
And the thought of her being with others and possibly thinking or comparing me.
Edit, in my country religion is minority.
So it’s very hard to find people my age to hang out with.
I’m very shy and have terrible conversation skills!
That is something I really struggle with especially with nervousness!
I’ve been waiting years for a sign and never gotten one!
Another thing is I use to talk with a person about religion a year or so ago and we had great in depth conversations.
But they then just stopped replying, I donno if it was me boring them with repeating question (as I always talk myself out of the answers I get.) or what.
But I felt they were special, but I also don’t want to keep messaging them every now and then. I just feel crap!

Hello Kyle, I will keep you in prayer brother, I can relate to some of your struggles especially on connecting with others. Concerning hearing from God/recieving a sign from Him, I will deeply encourage you that as you wait, please be in the Word as much as you can. Consume to Word, live off it. Completely transform your way of thinking, expectations in life according to the promises God gives, and the teachings about who we are in this world, pilgrims passing through, and who we are in Christ. And let these things define you.
I've personally really been in a place for a long time where I've allowed my struggles and past sins and errors to define me and I'm only just learning to come out for that, and throw myself upon God's mercy and grace, and sovereignty to use everything in my lige for my good and for His glory (Rom 8:28, Gen 50:20). I pray you take hold of God's promises and hold them incredibly close to you, the Psalms are great for this! God bless you 🙏🏿🙌🏿
Also, regarding your desire for marriage and query about a denomination, pray earnestly about this. I'd recommend Paul Washer and Tim Conway on these subjects, they have transformed how I think about marriage, manhood, and theology
