It could be offence , defence , the movement of katanas or blades , the movement of the slayer etc. For example : rengoku has the lowest technique speed when compared to others since flame breathing revolves only around single strikes , his ninth form is the fastest breathing form of flame breathing . Unlike rengoku , giyu has the highest technique speed . His 11th form turns any attack thrown at him into shreds, that’s how fast he moves his katana on defence . Whilst Muichiro’s 7th form makes it look like the opponent is surrounded with mist , that’s how fast muichiro moves around changing his tempo .
