I don't know if you believe it or not. Kapalbhati, alombhilom, and bhrahamari.....cure my insomnia my 95 percent. If u don't believe in yoga just try it....most important thing is one must remain focused dont think of anything while doing yoga. U must stay focused on what your doing.
