- What's for lunch?! Paramedic Engineer Thad Hunter and EMT Firefighter Rick Jaime are cooking up Turkey Burgers and Thad's "Famous" Coleslaw at Fire Station219. Here's the recipe:
Turkey Burgers: serves 4
-Four Turkey Burgers
-Four Whole Wheat Buns
-Swiss Cheese
-Two Avocados
-Tomato and Red Onion
“Thad’s Famous Coleslaw”
-1 lb. shredded carrots
-1 lb. red cabbage
-1 lb. green cabbage
-1 cup mayonnaise
-1/2 cup apple cider vinegar
-1 8oz can drained canned pineapple
-Pepper to taste
