How is he overconfident/arrogant? He’s just being an average teenage boy lmao I went to high school with plenty of non-famous kids who wore shorts to every occasion and chewed gum at graduation
I am so glad this young man is being recognized for being the amazing talent he is. If there is a heaven, I know his dad is looking down on him with pride. He is such a brilliant example of what his culture has to offer the world.
I love this kid. I pray to God he finds the help.... and the will to lose weight so he doesn't suffer Izzy's fate.

I'm rooting so hard for this kid. I love that Jelly Roll is determined to see this kid become a star. His story is inspiring. I lost my dad 4 years ago and only time heals, but this kid is a unique gift and his voice is healing.

@@margaretsleator5530 I said the very same thing to my grandson who attends the same school as lam. It's worrisome to me, but my grandson said he's Samoan , grandma. I know many Samoan's tend to be larger, but it's still dangerous to carry all that extra weight. He's young and can correct the problem.
I love how real and genuine this kid is. What you see is what you get. I love his flip flops and the fact that no matter where he goes, the Mana will follow him.

I love Ian but man I'm worried about him with his weight gain. He's a great singer and I want him to be around for many more years to come not just for his ability to entertain but so he can continue to spread the joy he brings to people with his immense talent. Brother Iz passed many years ago and suffered from weight related issues for most of his final years. I pray for Ian and I hope the nervousness of being a new celebrity doesn't add more stress to his life.
I am a dialysis nurse and knowing that his dad died with kidney failure that's a worry in the back of my mind too.. I am hoping he won't have other comorbidities that will be exacerbated by his weight gain. Hope he takes care of himself..
