    I just finished fixing the clicking noise on my Infiniti FX35 Sport. I did it the exact procedure Nissan/Infiniti recommends. They recommend to use the same lock nut and same washer. You only need new cotter pins and Brake Caliper Grease which contains the Moly M77 material. It cost me $11 to fix it and it runs like brand new. You can do it yourself. Don't hesitate!

    I f***ing love how you showed a quick way to diagnose it by rocking the car in the beginning and gave the parts numbers in the description. I was getting ready to throw my whole car away before getting robbed by the dealership since the noise was driving me crazy. You probably have years of Karma from this one video, thank you so much man!
    As for Jacks I bought the Harbor Freit 3 ton LOW PROFILE jack for about $150. I've had it for 4 years and love it. My only regret is not dishing out the extra $50 for the one that was LOW PROFILE & LONG REACH. After lowering the care It can't reach the front jacking point so im forced to rack up one side at a time and it's such a hassle.

    • @drewworkz169

    I’m hearing a clunking noise on my Z that sounds like it’s coming from rear axel. I do have this axel click problem as well.. so I’m not sure if the click transformed into clunking now, or if it’s my rear diff bushing

    • @drewworkz169
      @drewworkz169  Před 3 lety

      Well you should be able to look under your car at the diff and if you see a stream down your subframe around your diff it could be that but I haven't heard anyone say that it makes clunking noise.
      The axel clicking can get pretty aggressive the worse it gets. If you pull your wheel off you should be able to see if the cotter pin has bent the axel nut
