Inquisition played exactly like an mmorpg but it was single player so playing online would've made in more interesting lol
I'm actually really hoping it will be, but better that inquisitions multi player. I want to side with Fen'harrel, and I want to help him. If it is MMO you might be able to choose between 2 factions. Probably the chantry and the elven army. And the outcome of the game could e decided by army effort.

@@ikillcows573 Andromeda was pretty craptastic when compared to its predecessors and when you account for the budget of roughly 80 million USD (Including marketing, but I can't find one that doesn't include it)
@@transformgamer6753 Andromeda had fantastic gameplay and was undoubtedly beautiful, but it's story was lackluster and other than Drack and Lexi, all other companions were decent at best, and awful at worst.
That being said, I think DA4 will be fine. They've always had amazing characters. Even annoying ones like Cole, Vivienne, and Sera have their moments.
Andromeda was made by an inexperienced team that wasted 60% of development time on ideas that wouldn’t work. Dragon Age 4 is being made by the same team that’s been there from the beginning.

I liked Inquisition to but it's combat and tactics are what I had big problems with, in the next game they need a better combat system and bring it closer to that one than 2&3.

Hope this game is 10 times better than Inquisition. And I loved that game, and I hope the open world is better and that there's a lot more customization in clothes staffs and such.
And also allow qunari to be able to wear the cool looking armors not be stuck with the ugliest armor models in the gane

It’s amazing how many people love that mass-killing sociopath. Might say quite a bit about yourself, if we’re going to be honest, if a murderer (he also killed Falassan in cold blood for helping Briala, in the book The Masked Empire) invokes such loyalty.

@@XQwayne I know some people who hated inquisition but I absolutely loved it! Its what got me into the dragon age series. The lore is so rich and would go almost days without sleeping at times playing inquisition

@ dlux HAHA sorry my friend. You are a dinosaur. Those days are looong gone for AAA pubs. LCD is what they strive for. If you want an Origins fix with tactics and a great story try Pathfinder kingmaker. It started out rough but now that game is like the spiritual successor of dragon age origins.

Please give us Arcane Warrior or Knight Enchanter again! And don't mess up the Spirit Blade again. It really urked me when they changed the way it worked in Inquisition. I wan't my sword-wielding mage done justice! Or better yet, give us a spear or bladed staff that can be used in close combat.

I love the Dragon Age series... it's one of the few games that I actually play. But the fact that the lead writer of Dragon Age and some other key people left Bioware prior to this game's announcement is disconcerting. I wonder if they're going to be able to bring back their core competence in storytelling and character design. If they don't tap into what made them unique and different from other game design companies, I don't think that they'll be able to survive in the long run.

Stop comparing this to Andromeda, which was produced by Bioware's Montreal team, which is now dead from all the complaints. This will be made by Bioware's main studio as soon as Anthem is 100% complete and ready for distribution, as the company has been on Dragon Age 4 early development for a while now.

I was about to go to sleep then i saw this and i am super hyped now 😱!!!!! I hope for a more dark tone and more freedom in this dragon age as well as adherence to the lore(which in my personal opinion think that dragon age has the best of). I also hope we have a chance to align ourselves with solas because the destruction the veil is very fascinating to me and the implications are quite amazing like hopefully being able to see the Elven pantheon. #teamsolas

@@idrisalavellan3796 I have been trying to figure that out since I watched the teaser, I have been comparing the "I supsect you have questions" from Trespasser and from the teaser, and while it does sound a bit different I think it still is Gareth David-Lloyd, he speaks noticably deeper during the Trespasser scene. He recently tweetet that he was playing DAI again, so maybe that is a sign?^^ I hope they keep him as well, his voice gives Solas this melancholy that makes him this tragic man with the weight on the world on his shoulders. Although the guy who voices Uldren Sov is also a great voice actor :)
You can tell it's the same guy, his voice is just a little weird like he has a cold or something. Given the teaser I suspect my husband is using red lyrium or something like that

Something else that would be nice to see for DA4 and games, in general, are player character hobbies, like reading or painting. I want to see my character sit down during a break and open up one of Varric's books, maybe even read a line out loud.

I swear if people keep complaining about how they are tired of LGBT and strong women in video games I am going to throw a Jahani and Meetra Surik at them. BioWare has always had LGBT characters, strong female characters, and so on in their games. It is literally nothing new.
Oh, there's going to be political views and diversity in it? That's not new either. We are playing in a fictional world with non-human races, magic, and dragons.
I play video games to escape politics, not be brainwashed by liberal social justice warriors or alt-right MAGA nazis... There's a difference between having political influence or themes and outright trying to brainwash people into believe your political agenda. I've waited a long time for Dragon Age 4, I will be extremely pissed off if the game turns out to be liberal leftist propaganda and try to shove viewpoints down my throat.

You will always have a small but very loud subset of homophobic and sexist gamers who feel threatened by strong depictions of women and lgbt characters. It is amazing and rather frightening the amount of vitriol and anger that can come out when you bring up a character like Dorian, Krem or Zevran. But whether they like it or not, LGBT gamers are out there and we are not invisible anymore. It's not about forcing anything on anyone, it's about featuring characters that represent that non-hetero characters exist and have a place in the game world and story.

I might not be a faithful DA fan. But if I see any EA mark on it (not to BioWare). Then the product is 90% stained by distrust. Like EA’s top businessman once said “don’t like it, don’t buy it.” I am going to do just that. Regret a little, but worth more than being potentially scammed.

Sadly, that simply can't be. The inquisitor is missing an arm, let's keep that in mind, so they can't fight, and even though I hope that they will came up with something to let us re-use our inquisitor(prosthetic arm? Magic prosthetic arm? A tentacle? Sera attached to inquisitor's elbow?), I don't think that can happend...
There is a always a different protagonist in DA.
They cut the Inquisitor's hand precisely to sent them backseat.
At the end of tresspasser it was totally stated they will have someome new to fight solas.
@@SeventhheavenDK And that's why I like the series. Gives tons of options, new romances, new characters, new landscapes, new problems etc. I love Shepard, but that series was built for a trilogy. Dragon Age is classic fantasy and I need a protagonist who will fall in love hopelessly like my Warden and Inquisitor.
You found me at last ? I’m leaning towards a returning inquisitor here based upon the familiarity of the statement of course that could still be later in game with a new protagonist but I feel in my bones that’s less likely
