You could do it that way or separate the stator from the rectifier. Connect 3 wires to the stator and run them outside toe casing. Spin 3600 rpm now you have triple phase ac power at 60 hz. Use a transformer or motor speed controller to control voltage. But the wattage you have at your disposal due to the size of the windings is limited

Since your drive motor runs at nearly 3500 RPM (which is 2 poles) and the number of magnets of your alternator is already 14 (14 poles) , it should run at around 500 RPM only. I presume the frequency of your system at 3500 RPM is around 400 Hz. Correct me if I'm wrong but pretty sure your frequency is no more less than 300 Hz. Use this formula as basis: Speed in RPM of drive motor = (120 x Frequency in Hertz) divided by No. of poles or magnets of alternator.

I built the the car alternator the same way. N51 Magnets. The output voltage at 2850 rpm is 15,5 Veff. If you run it through a 3 phase rectifier and huge capacitors you get 15,5 x 1,41 = 21,88 DC volts. Too much for charging a 12 volt battery directly. A charge controller is needed. It is similar to PV panels. The modifed alternator can due its data 1000 watts. That was possible with a heavy load.If you need 110 or 240 volts use a DC/AC converter.
Follow this engineering formula so you will not be misled with the number of magnets to be used: "Speed in RPM of drive motor" = (120 x "Frequency in Hz") divided by "Number of Poles or Magnets of generator". I am pertaining to an "Alternating Current" system and without rectifiers.

That looks like a 1 horse motor maybe. My alternator generator ran 3 100 watt light bulbs before over exciting on the 4th. 1 hp is 750 watts. That must be a really powerful alternator to put out that kind of wattage
That 1 hp rating on the motor is based on continuous nameplate rated voltage and frequency and 1 HP of mechanical load connected to the motor shaft . outside of these "Rated" input values the motor will still run but suffer from internal heating and cannot develop 1 HP output. The light bulb wattage is also based on it's rated voltage and will run brighter at a higher voltage or dimmer at a lower voltage . You can't assume this much energy is being produced out of the modified alternator you must measure what's coming out of it with an amp meter . It's obviously intriguing. I haven't modified the alternator like you have shown, though I don't have a lot of faith in the balance being stable enough to hold steady output. I'm hoping maybe a series of motors and adjusting the gearing will help increase useable power beyond what is available so far. It must be possible, it's just too confusing that it's in place on an everyday industrial level, it's silly that not every home has a self contained power supply. Obviously nothing lasts forever, and maintenance and replacement parts will be required periodically. But even at tens of thousands of dollars per personal sized household unit this would have far more benefits in places that don't have hydro electricity, and of course the savings would likely add up after a few years of being self efficient on hydro and the new electric car would have even more purpose on top of the lowered daily emissions, excluding emissions from production and mining for the resources to build all the components it would be a no brainer, outside of the all the revenue the provinces and states would loose from providing fuel and electricity. Obviously we are long way from eliminating the need for all supplied fuels and electricity, but this would definitely be a big impact on consumption.

It's a great breakthrough in energy. Now this product can be used for power supply of power plants, transformer networks, etc. I am not talking about the possibility of installing such generators on electric cars that will no longer need to be Fed on stationary filling stations. A great prospect for aircraft, drones, aircraft. Such portable generators are a great opportunity for Geological exploration stations, shepherds, which are far beyond urban electric networks, Foresters, egeres, etc. my low bow to the author of the roller and invention.
The trick is magnetic manipulation.. You wrap copper magnet wire around the rotor, over the top of the magnets in the alternator and keep the wire ends disconnected and insulated, glue the fine wire down and it works. you just have to be sure the wire is extremely small diameter wire so it fits between the rotor and stator.
The copper wire allows the magnetic field to become enhanced while reducing cogging, allowing the output to become much stronger without using as much load as before. It's the same technique used to make magnets jump betyween a copper plate but they wont to stick to each other as much.

Been doing that for ages but not much 'Spendable' amps available. Free running equipment not labouring is quite easy but moment load is applied then problems start keeping it running. Oh by the way I'm 69 years old and know what I'm saying.

Please check the frequency. If you do not filter the frequency to 60Hz the electronics can be damaged over time. For a quick test at say 120Hz that is ok, but for home use it has to be 120v/60Hz.

AC induction motors require large starting currents, even if this "alternator" were putting out any power it would be instantly damped by the current drawn from the motor windings at low speed. Even supposing the motor was spun up to no load speed and then coupled to the alternator it would very rapidly slow down and stop due to the inherent inefficiencies of both the motor and alternator. This is without an electrical load (the bulb). The laws of thermodynamics and the conservation of energy and momentum apply universally and cannot be violated. You can't get something for nothing.

With a given size stator frame there is only so much room in each slot for the windings . If the winding is wound for an output of 12 volts the thickness of the insulation can be thinner allowing more room for the copper and higher output current . Wrapping a winding with more insulation for higher voltages means you have less room for copper so your current output will have to be reduced . There is more to it than this but you will have to take into account the heat being generated and cooling capability of the stator as well .

No it is totally possible to get 120 volts from 12 volt alternator and close to 240 from 24 volt one even without magnets by supplying relative DC voltage directly to the Rotor Brushes. Frequency thereof will be different depending on the SPEED of the Rotor as alternator has way more Magnetic Poles than specifically designed Power generators running at 50 Hertz frequency. A ROTOR homebuilt with LESS magnets ( maybe just 2 ( North & South pole ) can get the required 50 Hertz but not sure wether required voltage will be achieved. Even 4 Magnets ( 2North & 2 South) will work better but way this video was done there are way more Poles giving very high frequency and not good for Televisions etc.

It's obviously intriguing. I haven't modified the alternator like you have shown, though I don't have a lot of faith in the balance being stable enough to hold steady output. I'm hoping maybe a series of motors and adjusting the gearing will help increase useable power beyond what is available so far. It must be possible, it's just too confusing that it's in place on an everyday industrial level, it's silly that not every home has a self contained power supply. Obviously nothing lasts forever, and maintenance and replacement parts will be required periodically. But even at tens of thousands of dollars per personal sized household unit this would have far more benefits in places that don't have hydro electricity, and of course the savings would likely add up after a few years of being self efficient on hydro and the new electric car would have even more purpose on top of the lowered daily emissions, excluding emissions from production and mining for the resources to build all the components it would be a no brainer, outside of the all the revenue the provinces and states would loose from providing fuel and electricity. Obviously we are long way from eliminating the need for all supplied fuels and electricity, but this would definitely be a big impact on consumption.

It's a great breakthrough in energy. Now this product can be used for power supply of power plants, transformer networks, etc. I am not talking about the possibility of installing such generators on electric cars that will no longer need to be Fed on stationary filling stations. A great prospect for aircraft, drones, aircraft. Such portable generators are a great opportunity for Geological exploration stations, shepherds, which are far beyond urban electric networks, Foresters, egeres, etc. my low bow to the author of the roller and invention.

The trick is magnetic manipulation.. You wrap copper magnet wire around the rotor, over the top of the magnets in the alternator and keep the wire ends disconnected and insulated, glue the fine wire down and it works. you just have to be sure the wire is extremely small diameter wire so it fits between the rotor and stator.
The copper wire allows the magnetic field to become enhanced while reducing cogging, allowing the output to become much stronger without using as much load as before. It's the same technique used to make magnets jump betyween a copper plate but they wont to stick to each other as much.

The alternator magnetism has been radically changed to an unknown, so where is the speed control for the driving motor to be able to set the RPM to get exactly 120v like you had in one of your other videos? Plus ... how would you go about getting 240v, do you know, or have I got to wait a trillion hours :) ?

Please check the frequency. If you do not filter the frequency to 60Hz the electronics can be damaged over time. For a quick test at say 120Hz that is ok, but for home use it has to be 120v/60Hz.

AC induction motors require large starting currents, even if this "alternator" were putting out any power it would be instantly damped by the current drawn from the motor windings at low speed. Even supposing the motor was spun up to no load speed and then coupled to the alternator it would very rapidly slow down and stop due to the inherent inefficiencies of both the motor and alternator. This is without an electrical load (the bulb). The laws of thermodynamics and the conservation of energy and momentum apply universally and cannot be violated. You can't get something for nothing.

I have used different hand mad coils and have been able to create energy with them. The problem is the magnets have to be high quality and can only be made in a laboratory

You either did not put the magnets correctly or you did not remove the voltage regulator. If you do not understand all the steps you will do it wrong and then make false claims about it being fake. I have done this and it works.

this is REAL (I believe) thanks to share, but could you tell more about the Coil of small Alternator, is it re-coil for 110 VAC ??
With a given size stator frame there is only so much room in each slot for the windings . If the winding is wound for an output of 12 volts the thickness of the insulation can be thinner allowing more room for the copper and higher output current . Wrapping a winding with more insulation for higher voltages means you have less room for copper so your current output will have to be reduced . There is more to it than this but you will have to take into account the heat being generated and cooling capability of the stator as well .

No it is totally possible to get 120 volts from 12 volt alternator and close to 240 from 24 volt one even without magnets by supplying relative DC voltage directly to the Rotor Brushes.
Frequency thereof will be different depending on the SPEED of the Rotor as alternator has way more Magnetic Poles than specifically designed Power generators running at 50 Hertz frequency.
A ROTOR homebuilt with LESS magnets ( maybe just 2 ( North & South pole ) can get the required 50 Hertz but not sure wether required voltage will be achieved. Even 4 Magnets ( 2North & 2 South) will work better but way this video was done there are way more Poles giving very high frequency and not good for Televisions etc.
