- It’s been a little more than a year since Jeff and Rob moved from their 900 square-foot pole barn shop in Rob’s backyard to a 5000 square-foot industrial building in the heart of Keansburg NJ. Tagalong as Jeff gives us a tour of the new shop and points out some of the changes, upgrades and new tools that have been added over the past year to help turn this shop into a streamlined state of the art cabinet shop. Thanks for watching and let us know what you’d like to see next.

I enjoy watching shop tours. Most are from hobbyists like myself. It is nice to see a professional tour like yours. Very informative. Thank you!
Thanks for watching!
Sweet shop! such a nice luxury having a designated dado saw! gotta be such a timesaver
You got that right!
DO NOT change that office one bit!!! I'll be over with some pea green shag carpet to finish it off. It'll look fantastic!!! Very nice shop guys, Dirty Jersey out!!
🤣🤣🤣
Nice to see the progress you have made. Not everyday we get to see a custom production shop operation.
Thank you! 🙏🏼🙏🏼
5000 sq/ft! What a dream! Thanks for the tour, its great seeing what other shops do for set-up and work flow.
Our pleasure!
Ah so that’s what the Podcast studio looks like. I’ve always imagined something different. Too funny. Shop looks good boys. Lots of nice toys. I get the dust extraction thing, that’s a commitment to permanently pipe that gear in. You want to make sure it’s right. I’ve had to change mine a couple of times for various reasons and it’s a pain in the ass.
I’d like to see what you pictured 😜
Nice works guys! Can’t wait to stop by and visit!
Thanks, Keith! Us too!
Great shop tour Rob & Jeff. That's a really nice size shop. 👍👍🔨🔨
Thanks, Steve!
Nicely done fellas! 🎯
Thank you, sir! 🙌🏼
Awesome shop. This is where the big dogs play....🤘🤘🤘

Thanks for the tour Rob and Jeff
Thanks for watching!
Well done guys. The whole program is growing. Missed the hand tools. Next year.
Thanks, Colin! Yes, you’re right. Maybe another video on those
Great shop and I am loving your story telling, cheers guys. When I'll be in the area I'll bring some beers.
Thanks so much! Sign us up 🍻
Great tour, nice big space, even fits the Mercedes sprinter haha
Thank you! Yes, makes loading in the rain great!
Loved the tour. Can't wait to see what you all do with the podcast studio/client showroom. Do you have any area where you clean out the spraying equipment? Like a slop sink.
I did notice a staircase near the new paint supply cabinet. Is any of the upstairs space usable?
Love the vids and all the info you guys provide. Keep up the great work!
Thank you! We have a HUGE old double sink in the bathroom that we use to clean the spray gun. The upstairs loft is maybe 10x12. Great to storage!
What’s up with the 17” bandsaw? What make is it? Just wondering if it’s a lemon of in a production shop, you would want something bigger for resaw, etc. and the 17” becomes a saw for curves, etc. Really enjoyed the tour and I think the connection you three have is great and it comes through to your audience. Thanks.
Thanks so much!
The bandsaw is a 17” grizzly. It has a decent resaw capacity (11” or 12”?) but it badly needs to be tuned. We honestly don’t use it much. Haven’t done solid bookmatched panels in ages.
Thanks for the tour! Do you have a video on the big sander? If you dont maybe you can show it off or give advice for a first time buyer.
Thanks for watching! Which one? The wide belt sander or the 6x100 horizontal?
The wide belt sander.... I saw the one on the horizontal..I got alot of little projects laying around I never finish because of the sanding. Like 20 cutting boards lol
We did one on Jon’s channel maybe 18 months ago!
Thank you
Anytime!
Great shop and great tour, Jeff. What was that machine on the bench behind you at the end of the video?
Bill
Thanks, Bill! Are you talking about the Delta 32-100 biscuit joiner?
@@TodaysCraftsmen That must be it. That's what it looks like.
We did a video on that a few months back!
👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻
🙌🏼🙌🏼🙌🏼
I am curious about the edge banding machine
We were talking in the past about doing a deep dive on it!
Nice shop! Does your Cehisa edgebander have corner rounding?
Thank you! It does! I forgot to mention that.
@@TodaysCraftsmen Nice you bought it new or used?
New
Is there anything that can be done with wood shavings and dust from running the machines? Or do they just go into the dumpster?
Just the dumpster unfortunately!
@@TodaysCraftsmen Thanks! I have a 20 gallon bucket full and wondering what to do with it 😂
You can line a garden path! Or compost it n
Are rents in New Jersey miserably high?
Haha it’s not great I’ll say that 😅
Hey are you heating up the space in any way?
Yes! Very expensively! 🤣
