I’m a firm believer in developing people and helping them grow.
It’s my #1 job as CEO and the reason talented people come to work at Self Publishing School…they know they’ll be challenged and will grow more than anywhere else.
A company book club is one of the best ways to develop & connect with the people on your team.
In this video I break down WHY you should have one and HOW to run it.
