Amazing information and I am so grateful for the knowledge. I found my assistant by sending out a recruiter person that was bold and had no shame approaching students on campus yet she ended up finding a person that was delivering packages for Uber. This assistant was better than any when I could’ve found so far she had excellent administrative qualities. She’s been a personal assistant before and an executive assistant has worked for many, hard work for celebrities and she is humble willing to learn and being in that position.

I don't believe the 50/50 partnership agreement is difficult the result where you have a written partnership agreement don't matter what the Court by Law must supposed to consider it in this moment I'm victim to partnership agreement because they bribed my attorney and they dismiss my partnership agreement in front of the judge without allow me to testify what we talking about here I spent 15 years in construction business make money for both of us and because you know somebody out there do evil things behind your back you telling me that court is not considered nobody

I love this video! I recently saw another video that said you should only have employees in a profit share whose jobs impact the whole business because someone who has a smaller job that only impacts a small part of the business has no control of what others do and thus cannot control if profits are being made so you should just give them incentives. This made zero sense to me because a company is not a bunch of separate Lego pieces, it is a TEAM that creates synergy by working together, just like a bee hive, the many worker bees who only have one small job are essential to the functioning of the hive. I love your model because it fosters a team environment of everyone working together for a common goal.
