My cousin is a lawyer and he told me that when a person keeps looking at the jury all the time while being questioned, it usually means that he's/she's lying and trying hard to make the lies sound logical.
It's to gauge the audience to see if they are believing what she's selling. To form a human 'connection' so to speak.
I saw a video that said the same thing and by her drinking water or her pink drink was also a bad sign because the jury is drinking hot water bottles and hers being cold. 😂 I don’t know how accurate it is
If I were asking her questions, I would say: "Ms. Heard, can you look at me when Im asking you the questions, and not the jury, since I am who you are responding to, if thats not too much to ask?"

The way she talks to him vs how he talks to her is very telling. She doesn't sound at all like somebody who is afraid of him or what he might do. She mostly seems to be constantly poking at him and spoiling for a fight. He on the other hand is always trying to get out of conversing with her, although he isnt afraid to stick up for himself. I havent heard him be demanding or confrontational yet at all in all of their recordings. He just sounds like a chill dude in a terrible relationship.
What stands out to me the most is how she seems to be uncontrollably emotional when telling her account of things and yet remains extremely measured and controlled when the prosecution are throwing the same information at her, infact, in a more unflattering light

I noticed how she tried to gaslight Johnny in front of the jury, saying he was the only one who acknowledged that the op-ed was about him... like, really, AH? No one else in the entire world came to the same conclusion?
One of the team members around her Op-Ed even implicated her and her team in this case saying they wanted to speak more about the situation with Depp but it was advised not to.
She's been contradicting an enormous amount of witness statements.
Also (about 10.44) when she says his inability to understand what happened, not being in his right mind, misunderstood the interaction so tried to blame her spiel. Wow is that classic gaslighting. The relationship must have been an absolute nightmare to be in. I suspect she did get him blaming himself for a long time.

To explain, the recordings were already submitted as evidence in this trial in JD's testimony much earlier on in the trial. As a result, she's responding to them and very likely will be cross-examined on them.

Like sure she has the audio files but why play them proving her torture that she puts Johnny in. I've had my parents beat me into the ground and I get told now that I'm older that my mom tried everything to protect me... It's typical for the abusers to try and look like saints towards their victims.
