    Today on the show, we have with us the very memorable Jemimah Rodrigues. She is an all-rounder for the women's cricket team for India. Being born and brought up in Mumbai, Maharashtra, she started playing season cricket and as well as hockey at a very early age. In this very special episode, we discuss the challenges she faced as a woman to represent cricket which is often considered a man's sport, her life story, her opinion on love and relationships, fighter mentality, and more. She also broke down the mentality of icons like Virat Kohli, Mithali Raj, and Saurav Ganguly.
    "There is no fear in love. But perfect love drives out fear." ~ Jemimah Rodrigues
    "Miracles happen to those who seek." ~ Ranveer Allahbadia
    Today, she is seen as the next big star of women's cricket for India, personally, for me, I see her being the future captain of the team. Watch Jemimah Rodrigues break down the ultimate mentality to achieve the impossible. Enjoy yourselves :)

    A guy can never understand how it feels like bleeding and calling it normal... To ask your female frnds "mai murungi too tum check karo kuch laga to nahi hai"..to study because their is your exam with a terrible stomach and back pain... That uncomfortable feelings ... despite you are dying you have to act normal.. and you reached college and during class u realised u are bleeding... And you are wearing kurti and it doesn't have pockets so you can't even keep or ( hide ) your pad... So you have to wait till professor walks out and keep praying that it doesn't stain and run to wear pad.... Only a girl could relate.

Thankfully I didn't faint during and after the exams I couldnt check my paper at last and barely managed to finish my paper on time. • @k_garg
      @k_garg Před rokem

      @@proudmuslim8456 Pulling out a tampon is no big deal, a long enough thread hangs out of the vagina which helps you pull out, a wet tampon is so smooth that it comes out easily. Inserting it in can be tricky at first, hence use a tampon which comes with an applicator. It works on the principle of an injection, you won't even know how it went in. Try tampons from Sofy brand, with applicator. Once you are comfortable using them with applicator, then try inserting without applicator. Only after that go for menstrual cup. Just try, you will be fine. You would never want to go back to those wet feeling pads.

    I wish all girls and women from current and upcoming generation, especially from the sporting field, switch to using a menstrual cup ! Many of us are spreading the word about this because sanitary napkins is a profit-making industry. You'd be surprised to know the history of pads, it all began in WW2.
    There's a planet of a difference in terms of cost, comfort and environment-friendliness between pads and menstrual cups. Cups are made of medical-grade silicone -- you buy one for anywhere between 250-800 bucks (on-time cost) and use it for 5 to 6 years! Compare that to spending roughly 250 bucks on pads each month, which amounts to 3k per year. Now imagine what would happen if you put that same 3k in an SIP fund or something.
    In recent years, so many girls and women in my circle have switched to the cup; one friend even converted her 'bai' into a cup user and her bai's happiness knows no bounds. SHe couldn't believe how comfortable it is and how much money she was saving! I converted one female athlete coach too, who is now spreading info about this to the young girls she trains.
    As an ardent and passionate sport fan, I want to see more and more sportswomen come up and represent India. So this long-ish "awareness" based comment is all coming from love and passion for sport ❤️🤟✨

      @athena7071 Před 11 měsíci +1

      @@user-zw1pl2vh4b It takes a few cycles to get a hang of it. A great aspect of the cup is that you will know exactly how much you bleed since the cup has ML markings on it. This gives a good idea of your flow as well. Also, our flow varies in each cycle and with age. Leakages do happen but they're easily fixable! You just need to readjust it. I've used the cup on a 23 hour long journey with zero leaks! And yes I workout with it too! I only wear a biodegradable pad as backup if I'm going out somewhere and if it is my 1st or 2nd day of period. Otherwise at home usually I never wear anything for backup, especially 3rd day onwards. It is an absolute gift to womankind.

      If you ask me
      It must be totally different brooo
      Like literally
      Because a women literally have an organ which contrapts and squeeze sooooo bad
      Thats what we call cramps
      And it's unbearable
      You know a fact
      The women in the world who commit suicide in them 29 percent were on their period
      Thats how bad period feels
      I literally cry so bad
      I'm sad I can't tell you how it feels
      But it's the most disgusting irritating
      And if you are wondering
      Then yeah it's totally different from stomach pain no comparison🫣🫣

    This may sound funny but periods, pregnancy is too much pain, a girl has to undergo a lot. Why God?

      Obviously it'll harm.. Not just bleeding and paid but hormonal changes also happen during periods so postponing them will definitely effect on overall health. And the most shocking thing is many women are forced to postpone their periods during festivals and poojas just to make her do cooking and cleaning for so called traditions..
