Lets hold up Trumps hands 11 And it came to pass, when Moses held up his hand, that Israel prevailed: and when he let down his hand, Amalek prevailed.
12 But Moses hands were heavy; and they took a stone, and put it under him, and he sat thereon; and Aaron and Hur stayed up his hands, the one on the one side, and the other on the other side; and his hands were steady until the going down of the sun.

I saw an interview of her and I think it was the producer when this was released. She was saying that she was asked to do this and she didnt really know the song so she had a quick practice then as she went into the studio she said daddy please help me...they did this in one take and she said she felt his presence there...this was the result. I gotta say I get a lump in my throat with this song

Lisa Marie writes her own songs. 'Nobody noticed it' is about her father, Elvis and "Lights out" is about how the lights went out in Memphis (of course Elvis). Please listen or watch both of them.

This is one of my favorite hymns that Elvis did. You should listen to the whole song as he performed it. It is truly inspiring. That being said, I appreciate the songs that Lisa Marie recorded with his videos. They are beautiful. And she Does have a fantastic voice.

I got to see Lisa Marie Presley perform live in NYC summer of 2005 when she was promoting her CD “Now What?” She performed outside right across the street from J&R Record World where I also got her autograph on the cover of the CD insert and I’ll always remember her smile as she was signing it for me.

You probably know, that, sadly, Lisa Marie's son committed suicide July 20th this year. Yesterday or day before would have been his 28th birthday.
Incredibly sad! She was only 9 when Elvis died, and was at Graceland that day.
She's had some very rough patches in her life.
Hope you can listen to this in it's entirety for yourself. There's just something very special and beautiful about it. 😎 Pray for her 🙏

People (45 years after he's gone) still call Elvis King of Rock'n roll, but he did not like that title, he considerd that the only King was God and he actually told his fans this several times, but I consider him to be the King but not of Rock'n roll, he is the King of Music, but what do you think, is he good enough to be called a Music King?
Here are some of his Gospel songs:
Amazing Graze, Take me home precious lord, How great though art, You'll never walk alone, You gave me a mountin, Crying in the chapel, Why me Lord (written by Kris Kristofferson), Unchained melody, I'm not sure if it's a gospel song but Walk a mile in my shoes and many more...
    .
If you prefer ballad songs then look at these:
If I'm a fool for loving you, My Way, Suspicius minds, In the Ghetto (written by Mac Davies), Memories (written by Mac Davies), If I can dream that is a tribute (parts of it is taken directly from the I can dream speach by MLK) to Martin Luther King JR and senator Robert Kennedy, What now my love, Walk a mile in my shoes (listen to the words in the beginning), Welcome to my world, Make The World Go Away, Bridge Over Troubled Water, An American Thrillergy, Hurt, Help Me, Sweet Caroline, Just Pretend, What now my love, Are you lonesome tonight (laughing versin, or not), Oh Danny Boy (for you Irish people), a song that many might not know that he sung it is this one Yellow rose of Texas, I Washed My Hands In Muddy Water, well remember that he sang over 700 songs, yes most of them Covers, but that made the artists that he coverd more popular and they also got some money from it...
There are some videos of when Elvis joking and messing up, he loved to joke around and pretend that he did not have control, but he had total control, he acctually conducted his musicans and back up choirs all the time !!
He is the only person to have 2 records gone to sell Gold and 2 to to sell Platinum since he died.
Elvis is also in almost every genre of Music Hall of Fame (5 that I'm sure of), no one else is in more then perhaps 2.
Not bad for someone who never took a single singing lesson, yes he sang in church so perhaps he learned a little there, right?
    .
Something else that people tend to overlook:
He always conducts his musicans and backup singers, he never gets credit for being able to do that...
Then imagen you are a singer, you have great musicans, you have great backup singers, no Guest Artists, no Autotune, no Lipsinging and no Fireworks, now all is about your skill, could you handle that pressure?
That is what Elvis did in over 1000 concerts, despite having problems with his health, like his Glaucoma, the headlights must have hurt his eyes like crazy...
He sang over 700 songs, I wonder how he could remember them all, he never vrote a song himself, so he had to remember other peoples songs, well that in it self is amazing in it self...
By the way he had Glucomea and that must have been difficult being in the headlights all the time, that could be why he sometimes closes his eyes, but also sometimes squinting !!
Elvis suits was made of 100% Polyester, or 100 cotton (I'm not sure witch one), it was originally a karate suit, it was very light, but it was hot, so it made him sweat a lot, he got some bad press about that, but if you give it all then you will sweat, it should be positive, right?
About the deep basevoice JD Sumner (a member of The Stamps Quartet) is the Basso Profundo, I think that it's called that, it is the deepest base singer there is...
About him helping others, look at this: czcams.com/video/CrJ1c9tm-C0/video.html
Elvis made a show where all the money went to build the Memorial after Pearl Harbour, He talked to the nations about taking the Poliovaccin, Elvis took the first injection himself and he helped to start St Jude hospital against cancer, he also gave away juwelery, gave away cars, gave away houses to total strangers...
He also have a own organisation that helps people get out of Homelessness (Presley Charitable Foundation)...
A thing that perhaps you did not know: Elvis NEVER had a show OUTSIDE OF USA, NOT EVEN 1 !!!
Video of Mohammad Ali speech after Elvis died:
    czcams.com/video/PO8Kq_3KTyI/video.html
I have to say that I loved being at Graceland and seeing his home, first we were at the house in Tupelo where he lived in his early years, he was born there!!!
You don't have a guide taking you on a tour, you can go all over yourself, but stay outside of the ropes and do not attempt to go upstairs, the outside is huge, so is the house, but you don't realise that from the front of the house...
I don't regret for a second that I was there, or that I stood at his grave site and said out loud that this is for the humanitarian Elvis/person/man and then I gave him a military salute, the others there just looked at me and asked if I didn't like his music.
So I told them that he was clearly one of the best singers and artists ever, but I loved his big heart more, he helped so many people without getting credit for it, he didn't want the credit of helping others, he did it out of love and respect and to me that is what true charity is all about…
This PLACE (GRACELAND) should be a protected part of music history and also American history forever, I think that people will keep coming for years and years and years to come !!
Elvis did lots of things for America to, he helped to avoid getting Polio (he took the vaccin in a tv show that made the intrest for taking the vaccin go from 5 % to 80 % in a few days), he helped to defeat Cancer with helping to build St Judes, he helped to build the Memorial over Pearl Harbour and many other things !!!
He also have a own organisation that still today helps people to get out of Homelessness (Presley Charitable Foundation)...
