Anyone can get to low masters if they just grind for hours with a winrate greater than 50% but to gain lp in masters you need around a 65% winrate based on lp gains/losses, so those in high masters are playing at a much higher level. This is coming from someone who's been in low master since I started playing years ago 🫡

Hey Mogwai! Would love to see your take on Morde and Senna using SI & Targon. If you use Crumble, Hate Spike, Glimpse, and Death Grasp on Sacrificial Scholar you get them back, and with Morde you get the Scholar back. Senna can discount them and make Crumble fast speed. Been trying to make a decent list but I suck at deck building.
Add Swain to a Teemo puffcap / flashbomb deck. I made one and its a load of fun. Aggro-Mid- control is not as defined in LoR as it is in Magic the Gathering.
Swain decks always felt like proactive control decks rather than reactive control decks, had the same feel as the old Grixis control decks that wanted to pivot to playing big threats and end the game fast once they're in a good spot rather than grinding through the whole match
Hi Mogwai, you've asked in yesterdays Stream if Rhasa the Sunderer (8Mana, Shadow Isle Unit, Play: Kill the 2 weakest enemys if an ally has died this round) works together with Husks. I've tested it and it does not. Because if you just play Rhasa Turn 8 for example and the Husk gets killed because of Rhasa. His Playeffect doesnt get triggerd. But if you play a unit before Rhasa like Turn 9 a 1 Mana Drop onto the Husk, Husk dies, Keyword onto 1 Drop and you play then Rhasa his play effect is active. People also can't tell when a control deck is a combo deck. I've seen people on reddit (ofc) defend with their life that Karma is a combo deck... Even though literally the only "combo" they have is karma automatically doubling shit. I think its cause saying you play combo makes you sound more skilled and that label matters a LOT to some of the kids out there.

when i play swain norra only deck i fought againts is mordekaiser morgana or morgana decks they have insane spell damage and draw tech to survive until mord hits board and you lose becasue they have stun infinite unites deathless and curses and challenger unites .i hope Morgana gets removed from lifesteal and her shackels gets down to 3 mana cost
Man maginbae was the first Lor CZcamsr that I watched, the video about the zoe Braun deck just got me. But his play style evolved to a amalgamation of cringe arquetypes
His Karma/Sett grinds are the fucking worse and his chat is even worst for thinking that deck is “big brain” when its braid dead easy to play a stall deck
I root for you and your deck mog. I can see you are trying to build a deck against meta demacia elder decks , dropping broadmane on turn 6 is risky because opponent can kill it instantly with a single combat before the broadmane skill hits. It’s not that I think this deck is perfect but it’s definitely not a joke or a meme deck. Broadmane decks are slow decks that wins with more resource and board, but does not end game fast enough. You need to go wide to make units damaged and pin them to death with broadmane, but demacia can always trade better with their strong challenger, most of the time Norra elder just have weaker board and broadmane killed and loses.
Majinbae dislike playing Swain. He clearly stated that "it feels clunky". There is no reason for me to watch him anymore, tbh. Swain is my favorite champion and I only keep returning to LoR to play more Swain decks even in metas where he is not good. I suggest the combination of Swain Mordekaiser and Swain Morgana for new decks!
-3 Iron Legionary, +3 Broadmane -3 Noxian Fervor , +3 Groupshot And this deck becomes twice as good. The main problem with the deck is 21/40 cards do nothing when you draw them together, more or less losing the game on the spot. Which happens about a quarter of the time. It's an ED Broadmane deck without Broadmane.
The reason why is Mogwai built this deck. He knows the objective of this deck, he tested this deck for dozens of games to know how to pilot it correctly. While Majin didn't test it beforehand, and he thought this was like the Norra/ED deck, so he piloted it incorrectly

It's very different from Norra/ED. It's a Swain deck that aims to win with a Swain/Leviathan lockdown backed up by indestructible. To say it's basically the same deck as Norra/ED is honestly just the salt talking. I'm not top 100 but this deck has gotten me to 200+ LP from 0 TWICE. So this notion that I play exclusively in low masters isn't true, I go up and drop down a lot due to testing, but I share decks that at the very least can compete. I don't cherry pick anything.
