Norfolk And Western 611 at the Strasburg Railroad

Norfolk & Western 611! This is the locomotive that got me hooked on steam. My Father and Grandfather took me to see this engine back in the 1980's and ever since this has been my favorite steam locomotive. I have not had the chance to see 611 in over 25 years so the trips at Strasburg Railroad could not be passed up. The Norfolk & Western steam reunion provided the chance to not only see and chase but finally ride behind the queen of steam. That was a major bucket list event for me. The Strasburg Railroad put on a terrific event. (Hopefully this event can be repeated)
Strasburg's 475 was returned to Norfolk And Western lettering as well as centering the headlight after a recent overhaul. 475 put on a great show as well.

This is awesome. I saw it in Strasburg when I went to their train museum too. I just put the video about it up on my channel. I was so excited to see it in Strasburg that I put it on my thumbnail for my video. Thanks for sharing.
