Sir start learning from others first because this is a field which requires alot of experience as you have to deal with other peoples hard earned money. Also develop confidence in your voice as you’ll have to deal with a lot of people. Start from working in someone’s office just for the sake of it

Basically a dealer is not remembered in good words in real estate business. People say words like commission khanay Wala for a dealer. It's better if you call yourself agent or consultant.

Dear well explained your point of few which one must have you seem to be well educated but stuck up in wrong profession, sorry unable to watch complete video its bit long. Just need clarification can anyone become a good agent being honst, truthful, fair in his dealings, getting commision not TOP. Selling only plot which he himself owns not pretending to be owner of someone else plots ( which almost all dealers do to earn top besides commissions). See when 99.9 percent dealers don't publicly disclose to both parties how much did he earn out of a particular deal do you consider it your lawful money.............................
I think all the dealings i have done- most of the times i have made the seller meet purchaser but sometimes deals include more than one dealer in between. So its very difficult to let the other party know the real price. I’ll make a complete video on it. Honesty is the first price you have to pay to be successful i believe
