Best recipe! Creamy, crispy and so moist! Apricot cheesecake. Incredibly delicious cake in 15 minutes. This is the most delicious cake I have ever eaten. You will bake this cake every day! An incredibly delicious cake recipe, everyone loves this cake! A simple cake that everyone will love.
Ingredients / Recipe: (1 cup = 250 ml)
12 apricots
1 egg
130 g sugar (2/3 cup)
A pinch of salt
360 g flour (2 2/3 cups)
180 g butter (soft) (4/5 cup)
Some zest of an organic lemon.
1/2 teaspoon baking powder
Chill for 30 minutes.
Baking pan: 24 x 37 cm (9.5 x 14.5 inches)
Flour
Form a border.
750 g quark (cottage cheese or cream cheese) 3 cups
150 g sour cream (sour cream) 3/5 cup
180 g sugar (4/5 cup)
3 eggs (medium sized)
3 tablespoons lemon juice
70 g corn starch (1/2 cup)
180 ml milk (3/4 cup)
If you use canned fruit:
1 tablespoon corn starch
Because canned fruit is a bit moister.
Almonds sliced
Bake the apricot cake at 160 °C (320 °F) top and bottom heat for about 70 minutes.
