Hospital beds,oxygen availability etc depends on the Government authorities,on the budget allocation for health sector .Doctors are not all in all.I wonder how people are responsible for everything but when a patient recovers,it is only due to God.Such ungratefulness on the part of we people will discourage the doctors They will stop working and all serious patients will die.
