Congrats to Ackera! Masai now has the WL at 12.25. The 100mH in Paris is going to epic. I can’t wait to see these ladies compete. It’s going to be a dog fight
🇯🇲🇯🇲🇯🇲🇯🇲🇯🇲
eugene is a much faster track than jamaica ...so im not worried even though this event isn’t clear cut for anyone its on the day
True. Eugene is much faster. Hopefully that purple track in Paris is fast so the ladies can challenge the WR
Idk though lyles didn't run any faster in Eugene than he did in jamaica so I don't think the difference is as much as people think
@@stephentrader9142because it’s not much different they just tell themselves to make them feel better 😅
Yes Ackera!!! It's gonna be a mad rush to the line at the Olympics!!!!
If Ackera can replicate this race in Paris, she will medal.
Ackera will of to go faster, there's also the World record holder to contend with.etc
She will run faster and dont forget she beat USAchampion last year
T,I mentioned in your last post in which you previewed this race that Ackera Nugent is a national asset of Jamaica.
I knew there was something special in this lady.
12.28 secs?.Wow!!! Only few athletes have run faster in history.
Congrats Ackera!
This is a victory for the new era of Jamaican sprint hurdling.
My God was that hurdles or flat 100m she moving like there was nothing in front of her well done ladies
Big to Akeria ,A you mi a carry fi win the gold in a Paris.
This new generation is HOT HOT HOT!!!
🔥🔥🔥
Congrats, Nugent, Williams, and Brown. Megan, I'm still proud of you hun and all the other ladies who showed up to compete. Proud of my Jamaican althetes love you.
🇯🇲🥳🫡🔥podium inna Paris mi se. Congratulations 🍾🎉🎈🎊 ladies
How about Janeek Brown ... Frano did it again-get her to focus ... talented Gal form Wolmers and Arkansas
Megan should focus on rehab and the European circuit so she make some money.
Sally Pearson was a super fast 100m too and she was dominant in that sprint hurdles for years
I remember the Sally Pearson era. It was a great time for hurdling as well.
The favour of GOD is upon Ackera!! Keep standing on GOD Kera
Remember tobi amd Camacho quin still in the conversation too but the usa team is all first timers going to the Olympics right now anyone can win the hurdles in paris no clear winner
We as Americans wouldn't mind if Camacho Quinn wins , knowing that Camacho Quinn is an American representing an American territory and Puerto Rican are American citizens.
Well done Ms Nugent can't wait to see what she'll do this Olympic....on the other hand, my heart is heavy for Tappa, she's always a positive person who strive to be the best despite her size as an athlete.hope she can put this disappointment behind and come next year world championship even more hungrier than ever
Neither Keni Harrison nor Nia Ali make the team for US. The women's 110 hurdles is crazy competitive. Nice to see Jamaica in the mix as well!
I love your work 😂
brilliant
Congratulations
Tell you the truth the trails is like a mini Olympics...very intense

Palease !!

@@rockyhill9833 wtf ?
Hi t what is the result of the men long jump senior
Wait till Hill get fit.Two dangerous runners Jamaica havefor the future loading watch out World
Masai Russell has the world lead in 2024?
👏👏👏👏👏👏
is shanoya Douglas 22.59 right 😯😳
What is the reason that the Jamaican flash time sometimes rounded up/down? The flash time said 12.25 which happens to be the same as Masai...
The flash time is simply when any part of the winner's body breaks the laser. The actual time is when the runner's upper body passes the beam. So sometimes you'll see the flash time be a little faster or slower than the confirmed time.
@@kemarsinclair9659 thank you
How much is Masai Russell.s best time compared to Ackera Nugent.s?
0.03s
You ment 12.12 and 12.14 and not 11.14
So happy for Nugent after that big disappointment in 2023.
Pachment looks like he was probably showboating a little after the last hurdle and it almost cost him...just what I think I saw
Yes you're actually right it almost cost him its clear to see
Nope Masai Russell has the world lead...
Don’t forget Nugent beat her at the NCAA
@gns3185 Masai has beaten her before too
It’s the hurdles. Everyone has basically beaten everyone at one point in time. That’s what makes the event so thrilling.
@@ronester1Akera have the head to head record so what's your point?
@ronester1 On 1 occasion. Ackera beat her 8 times. Wasn't this settled awhile back at the NCAAs indoors and outdoors? If I remember correctly, yall lost.
Pray she wins Paris gold.. tired of all the cheating..others
That world lead didn't last long
Masai was running in Eugene ..there is nothing accurate about that time!
@sharonlamonth2467 I love when you folks say Eugene times are not legit. So that means Elaine' 10.54 is not accurate. 😅
👀👀👀
@@SteveMcQueen-yc1bpit is a fast trackt that is why she coukd not replicate it elsewhere
@@lornalewis7262 You're so right ,that Eugene track is where Shericka, Shelly, and Sha'carri ran their PR.🤔🤔
Athletic Analytic: Merits in Minutiae Preparedness for Sprint Competitions at the Olympic Games
ABSTRACT:
The Jamaican triumvirate of the female-flat sprint--Shericka Jackson (10.84 seconds), Tia Clayton (10.90 seconds), and Shelly-Ann Fraser-Pryce (10.94 seconds)--should make focal the minutiae of healthful preparedness and indulge a resolute penchant for mind-body conditioning to realize unrivaled results at the olympic games. Making focal the minutiae of healthful preparedness for the olympic games should entail: (a) for Jackson, (i) at most 4.495 calories¹ of dietary intakes of macronutrients to facilitate the metabolism (95% substrate) and aerobics (0.85 Respiratory-Exchange Rate (RER))²'³ that will be generative of requisite strength and agility; (ii) for Clayton, at most 2,922 caloric sustenance⁴ from macronutrients to support metabolism (85% Substrate), in concert with aerobics (0.60 RER),⁵'⁶ to enhance exertion-endurance and flexion-agility; (iii) for Fraser-Pryce, at most 2,150 caloric consumption⁷ of macronutrients--to be metabolized (84% Substrate) through aerobics (0.54 RER)--with the quest of resilience and optimal-flexion turnovers.⁸'⁹ (b) Implications for benefits that will be afforded from making focal healthful preparedness (weight, caloric intake, metabolism, and RER) are (i) for Jackson, scaling in time at 10.75 (± 0.12527) seconds¹⁰ at 100 meters and circa 21.68 seconds at 200 meters; (ii) for Clayton, plateauing at circa 10.76 seconds¹¹ at 100 meters and circa 21.80 seconds at 200 meters: i.e., 200 meters for strength training; (iii) for Frasier-Pryce, scaling at 10.77 (± 0.12689) seconds¹² at 100 meters and circa 21.88 seconds at 200 meters: I.e., 200 meters for strength training.
