Try the Champion CET 4 or Beru UPT 4 spark plugs for this type of engine and you won't be sorry. Greetings from Romania, where this engine is manufactured.

Definitely sounds less knocky but I cannot think of a reason why sparkplugs would cause that.
Also I see you have been at it on the intake manifold with your yellow paint again 😂

It does doesn’t it !!! I reckon just adjust those tappets and it may be ok. Though I’m going to replace the valve guide seals next. I like my yellow paint lol ! Put my hand in it though and had to do new spots lol

@@lukas0846 I will also probably pull the engine and do the clutch as well just for the hell of it. I’m annoyed about that pipe as they are £50 on eBay secondhand!
