Arunachal people no need visa and passport to visit China. China govt always claim Arunachal is in Chinese territory. They always tell Arunachal people are China,s citizens so if they want to come China no need any visa or passport. But Arunachal people refuse it. They are always stand for our India. So we must salute to all Arunachal people.

The majority of BOKAR tribes are still residing across the mac-mohan line. During olden days people from monigong circle used to visit their relatives at present China but after 1962 war the border was sealed.
The movie "SOUL OF HIMALAYA" is a Bokar movie of China which is based on a true story and it occurred during the times of my grandfather before 1962.

I think it's way better than any city on the south china border side. But I do agree, the government needs to develop Arunachal Pardesh as fast as it can. India also uses the narrative of British history. Leaving aside buddhist tribes rest all groups like the Tani group are no where related. One thing yes Chinese have made great infra progress. Our Indian counterparts need to catch up. The Chinese development also seem to forcibly settle locals in towns which have pretty much a standard template

To all those supporting china in comment section, Ask buddist monks who had set themselves on fire in tibet about freedom, china destroying buddist temples, china forcing to talk tibetans in chinese language, china settling han chinese in tibet, after 50years tibetans will forget about their rich past culture, they only know about chinese culture, in future if tibetan culture survives then thanks to India and some western countries who have given asylum to tibetans
we accept that arunachal is underdeveloped, what's big issue in this, even china is under developed 30years back, it is only with USA help china developed so rapidly, now USA withdrawing its companies from china and relocating many of them to India, so in next 30years arunachal also will develop, development can be delayed, but once culture lost it will never regained

i think china intentionally developed border villages of arunachal to spread negativity among arunachal people about india, coz there are still lot of places in mainland china whose condition is still poor, but chinese neglected them and developing these areas for 2 reasons, 1)due to strategic importance, they need good roads here to move forces quickly in case of war 2) to influence thinking of arunachal people that china is better than india
