I tried for a couple of weeks and it just would not get started. I think it is time to try again. Someone said you cannot just use regular white flour if you want it to be robust. Gotta mix wheat and white unbleached flour to get it going.

I think I'm gonna give it another go too! I did use the whole wheat flour bc it's supposed to work better bc of the protein in it. I think I probably didn't have it in a warm enough spot. I'm going to try above my fridge! Good luck!
