It doesn't take a genius to see that what Prigozhin says is preposterous. It is nonsense to claim that Ukraine started with 500 tanks and now has 5,000. The consensus is they started with over 2,000 tanks most of which have been destroyed, and received another 500 or so from the West. It looks to me like he is trying to position himself for some leading political role. I would suggest he is treading a very dangerous line as one of his comments comes very close to sedition. I like the guy, but I urge him to tone it down a bit. Fortunately, Putin does not act on emotion.
This is usually when revolutions occur, and we all know the last revolution in Russia took them from a land of peasants with wooden ploughs to atomic weapons....if a revolution within Russia is needed to remind the west of how powerful a different order can be to a nation facing war with NATO....I say allow it to occur & watch America regret it.

Russia will not lose. Prigozhin and his opinion is nothing compared with the determination of the people. If you don't know the Russian psyche, you can't understand their resolve. Russian troops are sensely dying because of Putin's soft approach to limit civilian casualties. Prigozhin is not the only one who has a more hardline position. There are many hardliners in the Kremlin who want to go in and level Ukraine, and get it over with. Many of these hardline Kremlin officials are hardline communist.
If the hardline communist ousts Putin, not only will Ukraine get leveled, but you will now have a more ruthless communist gov running Russia that is allied with CHINA.
How can you maintain high moral of your soldiers when you are pretending to let them know it is all in vain!!

There is this hardline view to get in there with the heavier ordinance and start leveling the cities in Ukraine.

If Putin is toppled and ousted, the hardline communist will go into Ukraine and there will be no more Ukraine.

It is naive to assume that the military leaders are not aware of the Prigozhin remarks, giving us the impression that they are careless. When it suits them they do nothing and may even have initiated the 'gozzip' since it could fool the enemy. In nature, many animals feint injury to fool a predator away from the nest. A few days ago he was telling that they are losing the war in Bakhmut and then after few days declared Bakhmut victorious and they actually captured every single inch of Bakhmut. I will never trust😂 Prigozhin , he confuses his enemy too much.
Well i'd say he wanted out, he already tried to withdraw but got a order to stay. So saying he took Bakhmut, even though there may be some Ukraines still there fighting (as there were before), he has his way out.
@@walk6932 actually, ukrainian soldiers were hesitant to go into the meat grinder. Bakhmut was already wagners, but prigozhin was now using it as a way to bleed ukrainian army. Once prigozhin claimed they didn't have enough ammo and that the russian troops had run away from the flanks, ukraine confidentally sent in thousands more troops. Days later, prigozhin claimed victory. Just a pr stunt crafted by an ex con; prigozhin.

Since prigozhin had lost so many men in combat for victory, he wanted to even the score, and the only way to get more ukrainian troops in was to pull off a pr stunt. That also relieved russian troops who could now use that time to fortify their positions in preparations for ukraine's counter offensive.

This probably explains why Prigozhin and the Russian military hierarchy have so much bad blood.
Prigozhin was never a military man. Instead, he is a business tycoon and, in that world, merit trumps cronyism.
Unfortunately, in the world of the military, which applies to armies worldwide, the higher your rank, the more cautious you are likely to be. Otherwise, you could lose all your stripes and metals if you make a battlefield mistake. Or, to loosely quote Winston Churchill back when he was at the British admiralty, "The military high command is a bunch of cover your asses."
With that said, Putin and Sergey Shoigu should listen to the man. He has been out to the battlefield; he knows what is happening. But, on the other hand, they only rely upon their colonels and generals to tell them what's happening. And if Putin and Shoigu are being deceived by their generals over the conduct of the war, that could, in theory, lead to disaster for the Russians.
Therefore Putin shouldn't get angry at Prigozhin. On the contrary, he should listen to the man and what he says; otherwise, his warning could become a fait accompli. (⊙︿⊙✿)

Prigozhin has a point. Look at how well doing regime changes with a military conflict has worked for the United States in the past 20 years. Putin is trying to limit civilian casualties which is commendable. However he's doing so at the expense of Russian troops. The Russian civilians have had plenty of notice to get out of the cities or to go to Russia.

Prigozhin is siding with the more HARD LINE position of getting in there with the heavier ordinance and start leveling cities in Ukraine ...and p*ss on the civilians if they die, especially after they've been given well over a year's notice to vacate the cities.
