@graypaint basically meaning he could have a loss of a relative/loved one and has a fear of being left alone and abandoned. People with these sorts of issues tend to create so-called "mental barriers/walls" to appear stronger than they actually are.

Shoutout to everyone that exercises daily without the need for a personal trainer or a challenge video. I'm not dissing anyone that does, I'm just giving credit to those that do it daily. If you're young, there's no reason to be overweight (unless you're sick), I lost 25kg in 3-4 months without a gym membership

I live in LA. Heard about soulcycle for forever. I wish I could afford it. Now I am a bear (overweight gay man). But in my younger days I was sooooo into spinning. I still have my shoes with clips. Spinning IS THE BEST. Even if you're a loner or don't like people spinning is the only thing that ever game me the same zen as running or yoga. Honestly if you're scared but are interested... Try spinning. It'll give you life. You can do it. Start in the back and begin at your own pace. Between the music and the awesome instructors... You will get addicted.

I hate BuzzFeed but you can tell that the instructor really loves what he does and loves the people he helps. So many trainers are in it for the wrong reasons (i.e. they like to show off) but this guy is great!
