So I did a lot a research what I need and purchases parts from scooter west a belts and air filter, Dr. pulley slider 21x17 12lbs and Variator kit, spark plug & plug wires and also clutch kit I purchases tool I need a variator tool puller and clutch spring compressor too! Mr. Robot

Great 12K Service video for the BV400! Thanks! Would it not be easier to do the valve adjustment by removing the rear Orange (colour based on bike colour) rear Plastic Side Panels and the under seat bucket? That was so easy to do on the Piaggio Liberty 150 scooter!
Would you happen to know how to take out the shim on a Aprilia sr 50 motard 4t quattro engine ? does it need a spring compressor ?

They don’t build them to be worked on. I like the scooter, the size looks just right. But maintaince wise they seem like a real pain.
