It is called flow rider and if you are wondering it is like crazy expensive and I don’t think you can just install one in your yard but if you can think it you.can do it so the company is called flow rider
FlowRider has them as well as Pacific Surf Machines

different reasons i suppose. california electric bills are pretty strick and it takes a lot of power
