flour: 800 g (28 oz)
soft butter: 20 g (0.7 oz)

sesame seeds: 30 g (1.1 oz)
raspberry: 200 g (7.1 oz)
sugar: 200 g (7.1 oz)
lemon juice: 10 ml (0.3 fl oz)
