Dang the difference of the look when you swapped out the couch! I didn't know how much of a weird size the first one was until you showed us the second one. This is why you're a great designer and I just watch videos like these haha you have a really good eye for interior design.

You can't seat 5 people with the couch and loveseat placed like that, unless the 2 people in the corner seats like to sit with their feet wrapped around each other in which case it's perfect! To change the placement of the overhead dining room light, place a sturdy hook where you want the light to be and string the cord from the wiring spot to the hook.......
The sideboard is gorgeous with the dining table. Great job!! Beautiful space, clean design. In that big empty square I would put a distressed coffee table, table space is a big one for me. More decor 🤣🤎🍂 I really wish we got her reaction.

I’m in love with how bright her space is! The kitchen is stunning (those bar stools 😍). A couch color that light stresses me out because I would definitely cover it in stains. The foyer table looks a little cluttered compared to the rest of the space imo, but beautiful job nonetheless!

I've done the same thing and I've measured and drawn floor plans, too. Sometimes you just have to put your eyeballs on pieces actually in the space to see how they work.
Shit happens. What was interesting to see is how he reacted to the situation. Pure class. He is such a positive person he didn't let it get in the way and he could of edited out but he showed it as many people face situations similar. He was extremely professional and found a beautiful replacement peice that was even better than the original. We don't know if Drew selected the 1st couches or if his friend did as well.

Stunning, absolutely STUNNING! Every single item is 100% spot on. The rattan breakfast bar stools are a real status piece. I adore the couches but I would never be brave enough to have white, lol. I am in awe of your talent. Your client, I'm sure, must have been overjoyed with her apartment.
Pro tip from someone who works at HomeGoods: (at my store specifically) we get a truck 5 days a week! There's no real way to tell what's going to come in, but when we get duplicates, the stuff that's been here longer gets marked down as we get more and more of the same thing. That's why you'll find the same frames/pillows/shoes/etc. at different prices. If you see something you like, hold onto it and look for another one! There's a good chance it's marked down

I think you nailed the style. I like this style but mixed up with modern furniture and some details in black. Those chairs you choose are perfect in that space. Love them! You picked beautiful furniture and it looks great all over. In our home I prefer to hide the spices. We have them laying in a top drawer. Those big wall clocks and lanterns feel to mainstream in my opinion, but I like the rest. I hope she loves everything you created for her. I'm sure she did! This is really nice to see. And not for the merchandise, but for the opportunity for people, who have creativity coded into their DNA, to have a way to express it and be rewarded for it. That hasn’t always been the case.
Years ago I made a huge blunder with size and scale of furniture in my living room and it all had to go back and I selected different things. Since then, I mark out everything on the floor with green painters tape to be sure everything fits the way I want. You can also get a big roll of newsprint and map thing out. I've been living in very small spaces for quite a few years so I've decided to use the painter's tape because it's a whole lot easier to store...lol.
