You don't want to grease the bearings too much because the grease has a habit of moving around and getting in between the clutch disks and friction plates.
I use Vaseline because it'll evaporate if it get somewhere it shouldn't be.

Questions... the ratio of teeth on front sprocket to teeth on rear sprocket is simple enough, but what is the generally preferred ratio for overall good performance? And, how is the rear tire diameter factored in? I'm building a minibike with a stage 2 or 3 Predator 212, governor delete, billet parts as required, and a genuine 40 series Comet torque converter setup. It's the larger of the two driven units (Magnum driver and 44D driven) and I have not yet chosen my ratios for the chain going from a driven jackshaft on the TC driven unit to the rear wheel. The rear tire is 18 inches in diameter. As for proposed usage, I'm hoping for snappy and quick to get going, fairly quick all-out (50+), asphalt and dirt roads, gentle and moderately steep hills and trails. If someone experienced could advise on jackshaft and rear sprocket ratio just to get me in the ballpark, I would be very grateful. I would also like to know which chain size I should be using. Thanks!!

Did you have the light shoes in the max torque or the heavy wedge shoe or a mix of both? If you had light shoes and the nor ram had heavier shoes then that’s probably why you had the 5 mph gain with the nor ram. I would be interested if you used the light shoes in the max torque in the example of above mentioned would equal them out. Always great content you provide awesome quality keep up the great work!

Question: Does the distance from clutch to rear wheel have any consequence? Like if I extended my frame to have the rear trailing was farther from the clutch say 6" extra distance from clutch to rear sprocket and would I need to change tooth count for the extra distance?

In order to get the race clutch to work properly you should be idling right below 4000 RPM so as soon as you touch the throttle you’re already in the higher RPM you just takeoff, I have a clutch that engages at 3500 I keep my idol at 2900 and that’s not good I should really keep mine around 3200 it’s just a street bike so I don’t like doing that. Those type of clutches are just for races you idle at 4000 and you takeoff your rip all the way down to 8/9000 the race is over

The zero to 30 makes sense. The top speed gain does not.

Would be great data if you had a tach so you could see when it does stall/grab. The stall point will change a ton depending on the power made. Always felt like it took my cheetah forever to grab and we were done with our drag race by 330ft. So it wasn't very effective for me... Worked well on the bikes making big power though. Another fun trick/experiment is to spray a small mount of wd40 on that torq master clutch. Bumps the stall speed way up for a run or two until it burns off. Def seemed to improve 0-30 times. didn't seem to "hurt" clutches.

I watched how they make max torque clutches and they mentioned not to put regular 10 30 or 20 wigjt oil into it or to use patroliam based oil into it

67 MPH in a 25 MPH zone. You don't want to get caught. Here you will get arrested for reckless driving. Major fines. lol.
But, I still want on of those gold clutches.
