We would like a property that has beach front or beach view. 2-3 bedrooms etc.
personally i would not pay more than 120 thousand USA for that property. it's beautiful but i can get better for cheaper than 300 grand in the USA. i have one for 180k now and is as nice as this. thanks for sharing.

Not a lot of villa for the $..build your own for nothing close to that figure.
Always less expensive to build but not everybody wants to deal with the headache of permits, construction, inevitable delays, endless dirt and dust. Some people are happy to pay for the convenience of move-in ready.
