Hands down Matt! Your the GREATEST INSTALLER ON THE PLANET!
Far from it, but thanks for the compliment!
@@therealmatty_s I beg the differ😜
Incredible work on this classic car. Thank you for sharing your work with us Matt, the fit and finish for your work is always a pleasure to see for me.
Man you still putting out top top products!!!!
Great work!! Your custum fabrication skills are 2nd to none!
Thank you for the compliment!
You are the best! Thank you for sharing your knowledge and expertise to many of us.
Stunning!!! Bravo!!!
I'm not really a jealous type of guy but when I see a an absolute awesome system that runs my three favourite brands: Focal, Helix and A&K; my blood rushes to my forehead and I'm in agony.
Oh so very well done. This is perfection and YES I'm terribly jealous x
Its always a good time when these brands come together!
Great work Matt, obviously amazing! Wanted to thank you for the podcast also, think I've made it through the whole list 4 or 5 times!
Damn. Thanks for the support bro!
I second that! I listen to the podcast almost every day! Love the Andy W episode! That guy does have passion Mark!lol Love the tweeter midrange integration in this build. Well thought out as always Matt! Have an old fashioned for me!✌
Masterpiece!
Great install....don't care for the funky bat ears either side of head unit on console ...but hey if customer digs it that's the important thing...trunk is fantastic
I admire you. I can imagine how much work it all takes. Every time I see on instagram that a new video has appeared on youtube, I'm happy like a little child. If I were the president of Poland, I would grant you citizenship to tempt you to come - it would be an opportunity to look at work 😉 Amazing. Something comes out of nothing
One of my clients has been in Poland the last few months in efforts to help the Ukrainians. I would love to visit sometime!
Awesome this thing might be the best one yet sir
It was one of the most labor intensive for sure!
Gorgeous!
Thank you!
Great job 💯
Thank you!
How can we order something custom ?
Amazing job 👏 🙌 👌 👍
Thanks!
@Matt Schaeffer your welcome buddy, when I decided to do some upgrades to my car I will definitely will call you I'm a fan of your excellent work
I think I recognize that start button - SEER Pts ?
Well nevermind... commented before watching it all the way 😆
Hey Matt, I've been looking at the SEER PTS kit , but from the instructions and an email I received from their Tech dept, it seems as if the Ignition wire drops 12v when cranking the engine.
(He said he would have to double check with another tech on this)
Do you remember off hand if the Pink 30A Ignition wire drops ou
t when cranking the vehicle?
Can't imagine how else fuel would be able to deliver or keep a ecu powered up to run an engine. Sorry to have to ask you that but you're literally the only place online I've seen using their new PTS system.
I would LOVE to hear how you got the headlights switch to do "Auto" headlights! Did you have to use a VW photocell sensor?
You are correct. We used a photo diode and used the pin out from Pro Demand to wire the switch
@Matt Schaeffer that's a really slick solution!! Luckily I bought a bunch of stock from a alarm shop's liquidation years back which included around 6 DEI 545t Nite Lite systems. Unfortunately they are no longer produced, they were a great way to add Automatic headlights! I've seen a couple other aftermarket options, but the DEI systems seem to have the best functionality of the bunch.
Your solution looks awesome though👌 !
💯
Amazing work Matt. Seems like you had space to fit the Utopia 8'' in those kicks, wondering why use the 6''?
Those are are designed to work in a cubic foot of airspace (like a door cavity). These do not have the same frequency response in a cavity much smaller. Which is why we used the 6"
Everything has been worked out down to the smallest detail Matt.
May I ask how many hours you worked on this car (approximately). Respect for your beautiful and original work and design.
30 some business days. It was quite the project!
That battery in the back looks like an agm (exactly like the one in my truck). Why does it need a separate charger except if this car is used as an engine off demo ride, which isn’t super common. Then I would ask, ‘Why not lithium?’
Just asking; I very well could be wrong.
Edit: Watching further, and I learn I am wrong; it is a show car almost completely. So why not lithium?
The audio came out amazing. But I don’t know what’s worse, the front seats or the wheels.
Couldn’t agree more!
@@therealmatty_s how many hours of planning would you estimate goes into an install like this one?
@@SergioPena20 Easily a day or two of coming up with a game plan, ordering and sourcing equipment and random parts we will need.
Hi Matt, very nice build undoubtedly! Question; you used Focal Utopia M. What’s your opinion on the Morel Ultimo 124 (not the SC), except the difference of 10 inch vs 12 inch, in terms of sound quality?
I am not a Morel dealer, however they do make nice equipment. We have used some in the past. So I would not be able to give you an educated critique to your question.
@@therealmatty_s I understand, thank you for your answer.
I have already two 124 ti, I have the opportunity to buy two 10WM, as good as new, for €500,- a piece for a future project here in the Netherlands. It draw my attention that most high end installers use them, but I had never used them.
what kind and where do you get you magnets?
k and j magnetics
How can we contact to order something custom..
My information is at the end of each video and also highlighted in the video description.
So this is at least a $36k install, not counting materials and gear😩
Yeah....at least. lol

As usual, awesome work!!
Killer work!!! You are late to the party = P r o m o S M.
