Something not mentioned in the video, i live in Seattle and you can get decent bread (if quite rare) at some independent bakeries. But the cost is insane. In Europe, good bread can be had for $1 or $2.
Even in the UK (where we do have independent bakeries, even if not to the level of France), every supermarket has in store bakeries and decent bread is easily available, affordable and convenient.

Most interesting bit @8:00 when she says she owes her Roubaix win to Orla as if not for having her she would have retired. I think that comment would surprise people, but when you hear her explain it, it makes complete sense. It totally tips on its head perceptions about pro athletes and motherhood.
….. I mainly take from it people will do anything not to be stuck indoors only speaking with their kids 😉

I’m very biased being from Yorkshire but LD is such a sporting role model - definitely for women but also for men and a lot of this content applies to anyone in any walk of life..hopefully when she retires she’ll find a pro social outlet for her talents.
