    The immediate issue I see is placing the air conditioner on a vinyl window altogther. Warpage or separation of the window frame can occur from the weight of AC unit. Vinyl windows are simply not made to carry that weight. That becomes a severe issue if there is a cavity between the bottom frame of the vinyl window and the wooden sill it is sitting.
    The best advice I can offer is to build a wooden cradle that will be supported by the inside and outside sils. The AC unit sits on top of the cradle and damaging the window frame becomes a non-issue. In making the cradle it should be angled 4 to 5 degrees downward towards the outside for water run off.

      Hmm... I'm not sure. We have had it for around 6 or more years. I didn't see a date on it. I'm actually in my shop cleaning it again
