The Green Biscuit was first introduced a few years ago and it has become very popular among hockey players. It is personally my favourite off ice puck, however the only problem was that you could not shoot it.
This problem is now fixed with the Green Biscuit Snipe. The Snipe is made of a more durable plastic that will not break if you hit something hard. The only problem with the Snipe is that it does not glide quite as well as the regular Green Biscuit.
In this video I do a full review of the Green Biscuit Snipe. We test it for shooting and stickhandling and compare it to a regular green biscuit

The Snipe currently sells for $14.95, if you want one I have a link in the video description. You can also learn more about the other stuff I use and recommend.
More importantly, if you have questions just ask and I will respond
I have all three Green biscuits (original, snipe, and the pro) and the only one worth owning is the original. It's fantastic, as every review pretty much says, but the snipe doesn't move well enough and the pro grips to the stick too much causing it to flip when doing quick hands.
The snipe doesn’t move well because it’s gotta have tougher plastic and less smooth plastic
All 3 versions are designed for completely different purposes. The original is exclusively stickhandling. Snipe is for stickhandling and shooting. Pro is for stickhanding and saucer passes. All 3 have their place in off-ice training. All 3 do things better than the other 2 and all 3 do things not as well as the other 2. I find I get the most use of the snipe because of its ability to be shot. Any work that I do that is strictly stickhandling I usually reserve for when I am on dryland tiles and have a dangle puck.
My dad would agree...
I hit the cross bar and my green biscuit snipe snapped 😭

@Iker Ricky damn bro that’s crazy, your right. I don’t give a damn 🤯🤯🤯🤯🤯
I took one shot and dented it. (hit crossbar as well)
Great video! Been watching you for a while!! Came a long way! Good to see you successing!
If it's a bit bumpy it will roll up on you sometimes. The original Green Biscuit slides the best, but if you want to rollerblade, stickhandle, and shoot the snipe is the best option out there. The rougher the surface though the more likely it will flip up on you.
It's most likely to flip up with quick movements as well.
2:36 And the dogs go willed!!!!!!!!!!!
Keep grinding Jeremy.
Thanks for the feedback, sounds like you are putting the snipe to good use!
I might have to get the Green Biscuit, need to practice my stick handing and shooting. Great review!
Thanks Jeremy, you're the best!
Excellent review, really good puck, just ordered mine!
ur a great guy im subscribed to you! you have taught me TONS and im obsessed with hockey now! thhhhaaannnnnnkkkkksssss buddy!!!!!
This review is great! From a goalie perspective, the snipe is a great off ice tool. It allows my normal practice mate take shots without fear of breaking a normal biscuit or not being able to do much stickhandeling with a normal puck. We have been using 2 for almost 3-4 months on a tennis court with very good results. They have worn down due to the texture, but they have retained much of their shape and have yet to break on the link fence behind our net.
The snipe will work just fine for passing and shooting. It's when you want to do quick stickhandling moves on rough surfaces where the snipe will flip over on you. You should be fine
should we see ho it holds up with shay Webber's slapshot
Bill Header Or Chara's
ya, lol

Great review. Thank you sir.
Good review and nice shots!
I shoot off-ice on softer targets (cardboard, foam board etc.), would a regular green biscuit be OK to shoot at these targets (since the reason you can’t shoot with it is that it breaks if it hits hard surfaces) or would the green biscuit snipe be better and do less damage to the targets?
Good to know Addison, what do you normally do with it?
I use the the Pro Puck "Ice Guy" on Mylec tiles. Not as quick as ice obviously, but overall it's the best combo of stick handling AND shooting I've found. I haven't tried the hockey shot tiles yet though, they look a little slicker.
But then how would that explain the regular green biscuit working great on rough surfaces? And me being able to use the Snipe just fine on smoother surfaces?
Hey Jeremy,
Can you do a video on how to make your slapshot harder? Or maybe snapshot/wristshots? That would help me a lot.
thanks for the reveiw just bought one hit the post 20 times in arow with 47 mile per per hour shot
what i've noticed, is if it's a hot day out, the material that holds the bolts in that keeps the two pieces together starts to soften up and wear, and eventually the puck will start to come apart if you hit the post too hard.
Thanks bud!
When are you going to be doing the GB pro review?
Hey How To Hockey, I watched your video about the Snipe and the Regular Green, so I purchased both pucks for my 8 yr old nephew.
Little did I know, that after giving him the pucks, we would be playing out in the driveway and road for 4+ hours.
Uncle Matt is AWESOME. HAHAHA! Thanks for your videos
nice vid im not good at shooting can u give me some tips
The dog tho... XD
Could you make a video of snapshots I'm having trouble with them
I broke my biscuit snipe in about like 10 000 shots
What type of hockey stick are you using also what is it made of?
lol i'm a goaltender but i practice defense as well , and i have shot my regular green biscuit against brick walls just for the bounce effect it has and to practice board playing and it has held up just fine
Hi, I wonder if you have any ''off-ice'' exercises that can make you better besides the shooting training. I'm thinking about improve your acceleration or hit harder or just anything besides the exercises you do about improving your shot or stickhandling.
What is the white pad calld . you are rely good at hockey!!!!!!!!!!!!!
Can u make a video of how to dump the puck out of the zone on a PK, I've been having trouble with that
Awesome vid and awesome dog!
Why does the snipes box say no passing
Coen Hao
Passing is for evil people
My green biscuit has rubber ring around the side so it can shoot and stick handle well
with the snipe if you wanna play street hockey with roller skates with a bumpy blacktop would the snipe bounce around like a roller puck on blacktop? please reply
Pavel Barber sent me here - dont know how he didn't get drafted
Thanks Jeremy! I love both items they are so good on most surfaces.
Hey Jeremy. I'm 6 foot 2 and i need a good and stable stick that is good and can last long while playing on the road. Any recommendations?
Good review, i agree :)
I actually already have a stick with a wooden blade. Can you recommend a stick that is good for defensive players that likes to take a lot of slapshots. i've heard that Warrior sticks are very durable and stable.
I have a question if you could answer this please. I got new 200$ mission rollerblades. They are a size 10 and a half, but they kill my feet! I was told that the reason they hurt is because i have to break them in. Is this true? I have a regular shoe size of 13. My foot cant skate for more than 10 minuets on these skates, because they hurt so bad. Please help!
can you practice stick handling with the snipe too?
would you prefer a hockey ball or the green biscuit snipe?
I have the green biscuit snipe it's awesome
The link to buy Green Biscuits is broken. Please fix it. I'm hoping to get the pro verison as well. Thanks.
hey Jeremy i haven't had my shot clocked in a long time but i got a ezgoal last year and absolutely destroyed the post's and crossbar with my slappers.(can send some pics if you'd like to see how terrible it is) I think i remember you saying on one of the reviews that they should withstand shots up to 80mph. Is that true? And if its not do you think i just got a faulty net?
whats the best biscuit if i wanna do passing, and shooting?
just got the green biscuit snipe no regrets but i have to say i want a green biscuit that way i can go on pavement and stick handle so i can go any where and stickhandle
holy shit you guys too? such a nice guy too always responds to questions. i want his hands so bad
I know this is an old video but I thought that it was worth saying that I’ve owned many of the original green biscuits and only one has broken on me. They actually hold up fine against my hollow street hockey net but if you shoot it at something such as a brick wall then it may break but even when I miss the net a bunch of times and hit my garage it never breaks. I’ve also owned the snipe biscuit I do like it, but the original just slides soooo much better and beats the snipe biscuit in almost everything except for the snipe biscuit feels more like a real puck
I broke the rivet out after two uses on an outdoor roller hockey rink, thing is beat after shooting wrist shots
I'm a grown man and I shouldn't be saying this but... That's the cutest fucking dog I have ever seen! I want it to cuddle up to me so bad :D
You were right..... you shouldn't be saying that.
I ordered a snipe ( first year of hockey) but I got a original in the end it worked out because my shot can't brake it
would this be good for goalie passing and clearing practice?
Your dog is really cool. What kind is it??
But If weather is snowy? Can I use Green biscuit?
what kind of hockey gloves do you use i need some new ones
I had a green biscuit snipe and I used it a lot and after a wile it broke 😞but I got a new one😃
I can’t afford a net so I shoot at a brick wall. Will the snipe break?
can you shoot snapshots and wristshots with the original green biscuit. my shots are not so powerfull
Yes and no, as the original biscuit is inclined to chip, as it hits hard surfaces, but if you don't have a very hard shot, it can hold up for some time, but the snipe will hold up longer, I have both! I noticed the original slides better, but not much of a critical difference if using on smooth surfaces anyway? But the snipe is much hardier built and will take more punishment in the long run...FYI
Green biscuit pro? at the end, looks very interesting, the original green biscuit just slides so damn well.
Does it work just as well with every surface?
Are you supposed to tighten the screws?
Your dog is awesome :)
What radar gun is that? The Hockey Shot one?
Yep the regular green biscuit sure does break when it hits a goal post. Glides great on a rubberized soccer pitch.
I've bought about 5 GB snipes before the Smart puck. Smart puck has seen probably 200 post with snapshot alone and has yet to break. Unfortunately I lost it. Smart puck is the way to go
Which Material is he Hockey pad?
wherd u get the target speed thing from
What radar gun is he using? I want one.
Hi i like your vídeos but i want to learn how to receive checks
I shot the light green one of the crossbar it did nothing
Can I just shoot with a standard ice hockey puck on smooth concrete or do I need a shooting board?
I would get a shooting pad for a real puck
what type of radar gun do you use?
How much do u get ur shirts for
I've broken 5 of the snipes....wicked slap shots
Dude your dog is so awesome in his head he's thinking I don't care in the star of this vid
What is this for a Whiteplatt
That's the point
I don't think anyone knows how he didn't.His hands are pure magic.
dude i got a board but it doesn't slide well help
I bought one of those they're junk. The road eats it up so quick and it catches really bad
I know its awesome last year i bought an green biscuit and i lost it now im so sad
I normally use it for street hockey or shooting
I got a new snipe I my friend took a shoot I don’t how hard it was but he broke the snipe
You should do a video on fighting
Dude, awesome video! Off topic, but you gotta let me know what kind of dog you have!
Looks like a chow chow
Hey mrhockeybeast13... Total one?
what radar gun are you using in the back??
The hockey shot one
Get a wood stick, or a stick with a plastic blade. You don't want to use an expensive stick for road hockey.
This help even in dec of 2019
Well I guess 2020 now 🤣
Yep
Also the shade
this is good
You can also get these at some canadiantires
What kind of breed is your dog?
