I use to get sheeps milk ricotta that was out of this world. Can’t find it anywhere now. Would make my own but can’t find sheep’s milk anywhere either ( not even on line). I was so spoiled making my Italian dishes with it. Maybe you can get people to make it again!

Hey, do your recipes bake in Convection setting/timing? People forget to mention that.

I also had regular LASIK (no lenses) about 14 years ago (in your 40’s that reading eyesight goes away!) bcuz I was basically blind already and couldn’t wear contacts anymore and once I needed reading prescription as well as the very bad astigmatism and super nearsighted, doctors struggled to make glasses for me that worked, plus it was a fortune every year ($1300.00)! I was blind, shapes & colors is all I saw. I have “monovision” now and still wear glasses to drive so both eyes work together. I see things I never ever saw, like the moon face. I still dont see well like my eagle eye hubby can. 🤣

I have no gallbladder and am a severe airborne reactive Celiac ( probably have been a Celiac for 45+ years & never knew what was keeping me so sick since I was 14! ) so I have a limited diet already and appreciate your recipes. 👏🏼👍🏼🙌🏼

Thank you for your kind words! Most recipes will turn out great in a convection oven. One exception to that rule is cheesecake--it will crack if you bake in a convection oven 🙏
I get the ladyfinger sub but what’s up with the whipped cream? You need to whip egg whites and fold that into egg yolk and mascarpone mixture.
