ඔබතුමා කියන විදිහට රට ඇතුලේ ඉන්න student visa ඉන්න අයගෙන් තියන vacancies fill කරගන්න පුලුවන් නම් ඇයි NZ government එක මේ වගේ Fasttrack program එකක් introduce කරන්නෙ? එහෙම student visa එකක් trough PR දෙන්න ඕන නම් canada atlantic immigration program වගේ එකක් නේද introduce කරන්න ඕන?
එහෙම මම දන්න තරමින් මේ green list job offers හැමෝටම දෙන්න බෑ. Accredited companies වල විතරයි greenlist job offers කරන්න පුලුවන්. company accreditation එක ගන්න government එකට payment එකක් කරන්න ඕනෙ. රට ඇතුලෙන් මිනිස්සු ගන්න පුලුවන් නම් මේ accreditation එකක් pay කරලා ගන්න ඕනෙද?
ඉතිං ඔබතුමා කියන විදිහට student visa ගිහිං work visa ගන්න ඕනෙ නම් PGWP හරහා ගන්න පුලුවන් නෙ. මේ විදිහට skill migrants ලා ගන්න අවුරුදු කීයක් බලගෙන ඉන්න ඕනෙද? අවුරුදු 2ක්? 3ක්?
එහෙම බලන් ඉදලා මිනිස්සු ගන්න fasttrack එකක් introduce කරන්න ඕනෙද? එහෙම දෙයක් මේ තරම් හදිසියේ introduce කරන්න ලොකුම හේතුව තියන skill worker shortage එක නෙවෙයි ද?
ඔබතුමා වගෙ මේ සම්බන්ධව ප්‍රවීණයෙක් නෙවෙයි. කරුණකරලා මගේ මේ වැරදි අදහස් නිරාකරණය කරන්න.

ඔය හිතන තරම් workers ලා nz වල අඩුනම් ඇයි onshore visa processing time මේච්චර වැඩි. Onshore work visa processing time ඒකත් 6 months විතර දැන් ඒතකෝට offshore ඒවට අවුරැද්දකටත් වඩා කල් යාවි නේද? අනික ඇයි offshore immigration office තාම වහලා? Nz දැනට offshore visa apply කරපු අයගේ backlog ඒක අවුරැදු 2 කටත් වැඩි නේද? ඒයාලටත් decision දිලා නේවේද මේක පටන් ගන්නේ? Partnership visa covid වලට කලින් apply කරපු work visa මේ සේරම තාම hold කරන් ඉන්නේ. Nz ඉන්න අය දන්නව මේහේ උනත් accredited company ඒකක් හොයා ගන්න කොච්චර අමාරැද කියලා. Student visa ආව අය උනත් කි දේනේක් ආපහු හැරිලා ගිහින්ද. Partner ship visa ගන්න අමාරැයි. Living cost වැඩි. Nz කියන්නේ lollipop ඒකක්. ලස්සනට පේනුනට සිනියි වතුරයි colors විතරක් තියේන.

I just call to your hotline number and asked about green list occupations, the lady who answered your hotline, said you guys are not aware about any type of work visas, just doing student visas only.
If you have any clarifications regarding my points, why you didn't reply it in publicly. why I should send mail again to you? as long as you are student visa councilor, if you not comment on my points, people may think you tried to protect your business.

It looks NZ labour government will still keep the policy ambiguity in skilled migration so that they can either stop migration as more as they can or protect their education industry not influenced by their actual migration policy.
