I am totally agree with him. What you need is attitude and skill. I came to NZ and I got caregiver job as my first job.It's casual then I got part time permanent position and I got full time later. Then I got PR within 2 and half year from the caregiver job.

They don't wash plates by hand even in houses. There are huge dishwashers in hotels. Workers just dispose leftovers and stack the dishes in a dishwasher. Once done, take the clean plates out and store them in the cupboard.
