Almost 5 years ago we sat in a room being told that none of our three potential children would ever have the capacity to learn, let alone live on their own. (They were 4, 3, & 1) They were in foster care, had come from a terrible situation that left them very VERY behind in development and most everyone said if we took on the placement and decided to adopt them we would be taking forever children. A few days ago I got a video from our sons teacher of him reading. Our other son has gained 5+ developmental years in the past two years. And our third son is one of the most clever and loving kids I know, without absolutely zero delays (who has also been belting out Greater since he was 1 1/2, he can’t help it, it’s his jam.) This song brought me to tears. Somehow you guys keep belting out anthems about my boys...praising God for you all and your ministry.

God sent me this amazing song, in a moment of brokenness, as I pulled up to a park to walk pray and cry, just moments after my husband of 21 years let me know he was done with me, with our family. I was crushed, but this song, I listened to it several times, and Gods peace like a river flowed over my soul. Thank you Mercy me, thank you Lord Jesus. Say I won't ...stay strong in my saviour and survive this pain. Please... if your reading this... pray for my sweet disabled and very sick daughter and for my strong but heartbroken son, and please pray for my husband who is leaving us...his soul is lost with out Jesus.

YOU SAW them working long and laboring hard to receive the grace by justification even though YOU stated, "This is the work of God, that ye believe on him whom he hath sent."(John 6:29 KJV) YOU SAW the unwillingness to accept YOUR PLAN OF SALVATION THROUGH YOUR SON JESUS CHRIST. YOU SAW them living with the guilt of committing crimes to the heart. YOU SAW them enduring personal crisis. YOU SAW the weight of the burden on their hearts with each tribulation. YOU SAW them seeking comfort from the above mentioned topography, ONE OF THE MANY MARVELS YOUR PERFECT HANDS HAVE MADE. 👏👏👏 YOU SAW their worries about tomorrow.
If their hearts were a window that they could look through, oh the pains and scars they would see. What a cruel fate the skin gives as a mask to the inward pain. But the skin couldn’t cover THE SUFFERING YOUR ONE AND ONLY SON BORED on the cross as PAYMENT for all our sins because HIS RIGHTEOUSNESS ALONE HAD THE MERIT TO MEET THE REQUIREMENTS OF YOUR HOLINESS. Indeed, ONLY HIS RIGHTEOUSNESS IS SUFFICIENT TO SAVE us from this present evil world as evidenced by Mary's song of praise. "And Mary said, My soul doth magnify the Lord, And my spirit hath rejoiced in God my Saviour." (Luke 1:46-47 KJV) Awesome thanks to YOUR GREAT PARDON for being easy on the heart. 🥰
They have seen a lot of crazy things done in YOUR NAME. For example, the father of lies futile attempts to make crooked the right ways of the LORD to turn people away from faith in the WORKS OF JESUS CHRIST ALONE. How can anyone bear the thought of his or her life story detracting from the GLORY AND HONOR KNOWN TO BELONG TO CHRIST ALONE? As a consequence, YOU ARE A MYSTERY OF GREAT MYSTERY to them. Despite this conviction, YOU ARE MINDFUL of them as evidenced by the fact that YOUR JUDGEMENT is not speedy, allowing them to pursue the desires of the flesh.
They are aware of hypocrisy in religious assemblies that like to be seen and heard. In addition, secular education teaches that there is no right and wrong, if GOD exists there is no way of relating to HIM, and moral standards shift according to the whims of fashion. Therefore, their minds are conditioned to question everything this world has to offer including “THY POWER THROUGHOUT THE UNIVERSE DISPLAYED.” They have accepted the heavy burden of dealing with the troubles of this life and seek to know another way, YOU THE GREAT COMFORTER TO ALL who did receive YOU as their personal SAVIOR. Still, YOU have shown them NEW MERCY every day with each thought they make and each breath they take.
Unfortunately, like the prodigal son, we are all guilty of wandering far from YOU LORD because the negative experiences of our lives tend to build roadblocks to the TRUTH. As time marches on, JESUS CHRIST HELP them to identify the way, truth, and eternal life (that is YOU). Since to know and follow your SPIRIT is more exciting than any 007 movies, and YOU DELIGHT MAKING the ordinary into extraordinary. As time marches on, JESUS CHRIST MAKE them understand that there is no way around YOUR TRUTH, and that there is something about YOUR NAME. As time marches on, JESUS CHRIST HELP them defeat in their minds what is false in YOUR EYES.
LORD GUIDE their thoughts to know that the path of sin is hard on their hearts for the purpose of crying out to YOU to know the joy, peace of having the heavy burden LIFTED by THE GOD OF PEACE I AM, and ANCHOR their souls in THE HAVEN OF REST. In other words, LORD use the storms in their lives to get a hold of them to trust YOU and believe. In truth, YOU ARE THE JOY that seekest them through pain.
LORD HELP their fainting hearts to believe that YOU, who was slain on the cross over 2000 years ago has the POWER TO CHANGE lives today through the INSTANTANEOUS GREAT FAVOR from GOD to the house of Israel made known in believers by YOU to make YOUR NAME EVERLASTING. 🥰 For as the statue liberates the citizens so the cross liberates the soul. ONLY YOU can calm the trouble waters of the mind when one admits to wanting salvation from one’s sinful nature, JESUS IS LORD, and believes in the heart that GOD RAISED HIM from the dead TO LIFT the heavy burden of sin's guilt away from the heart in accordance to YOUR WORD found in Psalm 51:1-10 KJV. 👏👏👏👏👏👏 O, the wonder of it all to experience within the flesh the feeling of a tree being cut back/pruned in order for it to grow stronger and more beautiful after meditating on the words of said Psalm. 🥰🙌
LORD MAKE them know that ONLY YOUR HOLY SPIRIT, through the experience of a new birth within believers, can prevent the family circle from being broken because THE HOPE OF ETERNAL LIFE YOU HAVE GRANTED means a chapter of their lives is decided. Creation sings the rebirth song for them yearly, through YOUR PROMISE of springtime, giving rise to the idea that by the mention of YOUR NAME flowers grow, and the desert blooms again. 🥰
LORD GUIDE their understanding of words to use to come into YOUR PRESENCE with an honest reverence of WHO YOU ARE to experience the beauty that time can't erase YOUR WISDOM resting on their faces. LORD STRENGTHEN their determination to never waiver in efforts to search for YOU because the wages of sin is too high for anyone to pay. Additionally, THE KING OF KINGS is needed in their hearts to learn how to expand their capacity to love for YOU are LOVE in any language. 🥰 Once they learn to speak it with boldness through YOUR WONDERFUL COUNSELING all the world will hear, and know that LOVE is the language of their hearts. So LORD, KEEP KNOCKING on their door until they let YOU in to know hardships and struggles will end with a GREAT CELEBRATION WITH YOU. 🥰🙌
If one believes faith cannot be forced, YOU WILL GIVE that individual over to the stubborn heart to follow own counsel which will surely fail him or her to the extent that the punishment will last forever found in Psalms 81 NIV. Given this, I pray that YOU WILL MAKE that person see that this feeling is wasted for a world in which we become strangers as we age, gives us thrills instead of peace, aims to solve a problem but creates another, and unrest surges with each passing generation. Shed some light into their broken hearts for YOU ARE THE GREAT JEHOVAH, THE GOD THAT HEALETH thee.
Lastly, LORD when they call on YOU in earnest prayer to come into their hearts to be born again (repentance manifesting itself in a changed life), I pray that YOU WILL GIVE them the blessed assurance of their salvation because nothing breaks YOUR HEART, or tears YOU apart like when they cry from the trials of the devil who comes to slander, falsely accuse, steal, kill & destroy. Only by drawing nearer to YOU LORD will put them on a path to a glorious one way trip winding upward to YOU where pain is not welcome because the heart will never break anymore. For ONLY YOU UNDERSTANDS our tears since YOU LOOK at the heart, while humans look at the flesh.
O LOVE that will not let them go. When they don't have the strength to try, and have cried all they can cry hear their hearts that need YOU more today than yesterday. Many thanks LORD for speaking TRUTH in our lives TO BLESS those who are not offended by THEE. LET YOUR WILL BE DONE because YOUR LOVE ALONE CONQUERS everything by WAITING for them to cease struggling, and finally surrender to YOUR EMBRACE to learn about YOUR LOVE AND PROMISE TO TAKE CARE of your children exquisitely. 🥰 Since... "at thy right hand there are pleasures for evermore"... (Psalms 16:11 KJV), and the nail print for them to know YOU by answering the following question. "While I've been waiting to live, my life has been waiting on me" my brain is healing, I'm mourning the 12 years of life I missed because I was self medicated. I have a painful kidney disease, and now I have no way to hide or dull the pain. Life is smacking me in the face, but I'm sober. But God is here, in everything reminding me I'm not alone. When he reached the bottom of the mountain he was mentally and physically exhausted. God sent and angel and told him to sleep. For several days he'd wake up to food in front of him and God would put him back to sleep to rest.

This sadness has driven me closer to my Lord Jesus. The only place I can get a moment of peace and comfort is when I sit down and read his word. My brother less than two years went to heaven and his daughter and his first granddaughter, too. His son's wife divorced him for another man. All this happened right before my brother passed. My sister in law is a very strong Christian. Doesn't make it any easier. My son also went to Jesus. Some days is so heartwrenching but we look to Jesus. I have to work through exposing my mama to covid. She went to heaven. Her sister, my Aunt says she doesn't know if she can forgive me. My dad and older brother is in heaven. My other brother after 27 days in two different hospitals liked to died from covid. He also had a son that went to heaven. My husband abandoned me. Life goes on and we keep breathing. Today I long for the Rapture. I too had covid but got over it.
Take care of Ray. Soon you are going to be well. The Lord is with you even when you feel alone. He is carrying you through . Soon Jesus will wipe our tears away. Just know I some what understand.

I have Bi-Polar Disorder when I was 26 years old the doctors said I would commit suicide by 40 years old. People told my girlfriend not to marry me for I would be trouble and dangerous. Then I lost both my parents just last November 2020. I am now 52 years old alive and kicking!! My girlfriend is now my wife of 16 years. She is 61 years old. She trusts me with her life. We have our faith in Jesus Christ. He has been our Rock and Shelter. Praise The Lamb of God. Say I Won't Listen To The Negative.

When I was a newborn I had open heart surgery the doctor said there was a chance I was not going to make it I fell into a coma for six months my mother prayed to the Almighty He heard her prayer and rescued her baby and I was able to live as I got older I went to get ultrasounds on my heart to see how my surgery was doing the doctor said I wouldn’t live past 10 years old I am now 22 years old thanks to the power of the Almighty God I was able to live and have a life I’m forever grateful thank you Jesus you are my rock my savior God’s power is like no other he is the alpha the omega the one and only all praise the most high Glory to God this story touched my heart so beautiful 😭 so I won’t♥️
God is soooo good, the cardiologist told me I wouldn't reach 30 years old, when I was 27, because he said that my lungs and heart were like a 80 years old person, he encouraged me to write my will, many doctors told me the same, they told me I couldn't get pregnant because it was a dead sentence, today the glory is to God, I'm a 42 years old mom of a 12 years old , God took care of my son and me during the pregnancy 😇😊
We can do all things through CHRIST who strengthens us! Praise His Holy name.

Dec 15 will mark 8yrs that I have been paralyzed from the waist down due to a one man car accident. I was a Christian man when I crashed but came out of the accident a MUCH BETTER CHRISTIAN MAN! God showed his Mercy and Grace that evening and allowed me to live. I now do my best to touch so many lives around me. Not once did I ever get angry at the Lord. This is such an amazing song. God bless you Gary for all you have been through and overcome. my 4 year old daughter was in a horrific accident this year on fathers day (also my birthday) and lost her right leg and part of her left foot. I lived a slave to a job for over a year. I was depressed, drinking, just surviving. And then, this song. Many times, during dark moments, I listened, contemplating how I, a respected professional, a Masters degree, one who devoted themself to others, could feel so empty. So, after hearing this song at least 50 times, I said ENOUGH. I needed to give myself to me, and my family. I quit my job, with nothing lined up, knowing God would provide, and allow me to LIVE. Five yrs ago I stood along side my 26 yr old daughter as life support was withdrawn. When her heart stopped so did mine. I SAID, "Lord I CAN'T so YOU HAVE TO." My Saviour has carried me every step of each day. When God allows you to be emptied of self so you totally need Him, the Lord fills you with a new perspective of who He really is and a new lens to view this fragile life, relationships and what it means to be in true relationship with Him.

First step we found out I had a huge staghorn kidney stone which is now 90 percent gone and I need more work but I no longer feel daily like I am dying and my appetite is back. I think my kidney was dying and this saved it cause my kidney function is way up.

Life’s weird...I’m 20 years old and I have been diagnosed with a rare genetic kidney disease and currently going to dialysis because my kidneys have failed. Never did I ever think that I would go through something like this at my age . I know that God has the right doner for me at the right time. When I get my kidney transplant “ I will know what it means to live and not just be alive” Sure am thankful for songs like this... sometimes I get sad but I know God is watching over me and all of us in the world🙏🏻

This song brought me to tears! My sister's friend's niece ended up getting meningitis when she and some friends were on spring break, she was the only one in the group who got it. She ended up having to have both of her arms and legs amputated so this song made me think of her. She also loves the Lord got married after losing her limbs and has also had some children. Even though life on this side of heaven is hard. Makes us so excited to be with Jesus in heaven!!🙏 Running and walking on the streets of Gold with those who have gone before us.

I am scrolling, but only to share the hope and joy that others have offered. I am stunned and lifted up by this song and testimony. I have been to numerous MME concerts and even got to "rap my arms around" Bart's neck in Illinois. They caught my attention to Contemporary with their version of "Silent Night." 15-20 years ago, I am 81 now and fyi, my birthday is 5/19, read the Ephesians version. The Lord has me doing GOSPEL MUSIC karaoke in senior care places. At least he did until, well a year ago March, how sad is that? BUT I live knowing His will for me is perfect, though I am not perfect at living it. Thanks Bart and Band=The Band imo.

I KNOW this attitude. When my twins were 6 weeks old, my husband became disabled. His doctors said he won't live to see them walk. But Mike told me a "won't" too. He said, "I promise I won't leave you to raise those babies on your own."
They were 14 years old when Mike went home to be with God.
On April15. 2021 I went into the hospital in septic shock. I remember telling my wife my head and neck hurt and was going to lay down in bed a week later I awoke in a hospital bed, I had no idea where I was or how I had got there. I know at some point I died. I was no longer able to walk my speech was slurred I lost most of my memory and have been learning to live life once again I know I have been blessed many times over. I have learned to walk again, my voice may never be the same. I meet people that know me But I have no idea who they are. Yes, I have been blessed. I grow strong with each day.
“Say I won’t” beat anxiety. This song hit me hard. I have had trouble with anxiety and panic attacks as well as not being able to trust anyone because of my abusive ex husband. Every year I say this is the year I leave it behind. It was 11 years of abuse. He tried taking my life and my kids. There is a lot of emotional scares I was left with. As well as a lot I will never say out loud that I have to live with. I thank you for this song.

Hi My name is Adam and God has done a great miracle in my life because I live with cerebral palsy but the miracle is that I am currently a tennis coach and I have run two marathons and three half marathons in my life getting up from a wheelchair. I have spastic paresis of arms and legs and yet I can function as an able-bodied person. I also play drums and percussion instruments. I have no doubt that the intervention of God Himself was fulfilled in my life. I believe very deeply that God had a plan for me so that I can now tell everyone about the miracle God has done for me. I LOV3 MY BROTHERS IN CHRIST FROM MERCY ME
God doesn't break his vessels for the joy of breaking them. He's rebuilding us through our deep dependence upon Him. My son was injured in a trampoline accident in May of 2019. This immediately restricted a 14 year old black belt and basketball athlete to a power wheelchair. He's in therapy, working harder than pretty much anyone his age. We're trusting in God to bring us through each day, and we're praying deeper and with more strength than ever before. Jesus is coming soon, and we pray Joshua walks before then.

For all of the therapists out there who care, we all can recall battles and triumphs with our patients who were told they couldn’t or may not be able to achieve something. My one clients had badly burned and non functioning hands. His burn center doctors told him he would never regain full use or strength in his hands because they were extremely bad. After a few surgeries and a year of hand therapy, we proved that doctor wrong.

I just recently had my leg amputated and while I was in the hospital this song helped me get threw the physical and mental aspect of what I was going threw. I just wanna thank God for me being here today.
This brought tears to my eyes again today. Three years ago today my husband had a massive stroke. It took out half of his brainstem and a portion of his left side of his brain. He has lost use of his right arm and his right leg is affected. But today he is out mowing a field to harvest hay. Say he won't.

I don't normally comment. But this has lifted me from my depression. I has septic shock also. I spent 3 months in the hospital and rehabilitation facilities, and a year at home getting better. Gary is such an inspiration and will have the strength given to him from God to walk again. I went through nothing like you have. But God have given us another chance. And a new song "Say I Wont" God bless you all.
Same thing happened 2 me 2019. 10 days out of my mind. Soon realized what happened on my knees thank God. Jesus is the only way

I was having a rough morning...a rough few weeks. I got in my truck to go to work. I work at a level 1 trauma hospital in Colorado. K-love was on and this song came on. It was perfect timing and I had not heard it until today. I decided to look it up on CZcams to play for my boyfriend after a very hard but rewarding day. I do Physical Therapy in the hospital and work with very broken people all the time. When I saw what this song was about I couldn't stop crying. It's cathartic to see people triumph over such incredible adversity. I don't know how anyone does it without God. I am going to show this to all of my colleagues as inspiration. Gary... if you ever read this, I know you have a long road ahead but you are truly inspirational, thank you for sharing your life with all of us. "God's timing doesn't always make sense until some time goes by". Thank you for the beautiful words, Mercy Me. You've come through more times in my life than you'll ever know.
Isn’t that just like God to turn a tragedy into something good and powerful. In 2018 I experienced a life altering event and did not know what was going to become of me. Then in 2020 another life changing event. Wouldn’t you know it, through those times God has set my feet upon a rock and lifted me out
of the miry clay. Finally I am living and not just surviving. Go ahead and say I won’t live with joy, I will prove you wrong. Because I am proof that God can do all things through Christ who strengthens me.

Awesome song when I was 27 I got diagnosed with multiple sclerosis when the doctor said those two words I said the same thing Im gonna live not just be alive everybody always told me "You Can't" but I did now I'm 62 and I'm living no meds ever the lord has my back this song hits me right in the heart thank you Mercy me I love it

My son is still fighting Covid in VA Hospital. In coma for a month, this song gave me the extra faith I needed that he will walk out of that hospital VA. After his tour in Afghanistan, this was really hard to see him so sick.
Doctor's said they didn't know what my daughter would be able to do at 2 months of age during her life or how long she would be with us. All I can say is God is good all the time. Yes we had our up and downs with her condition of epilepsy he made her strong and she had so many other things spepis, CP, scoliosis,UTI, non verbal, developmently delayed. She is such a blessing in our lives she's happy and interactive with us and laughs with us she's so beautiful. I know God put her with us for a reason and we take it one day at a time so 33 years she's still her by the grace of God will. Thanks you my God the father Jesus my savor and the holy spirt as one has made it possible. Amen ❤😊
