- ace attorney 4 is very important to me man i had to make an animatic for it. don't mind the fact that i can't draw apollo consistently to save my life. this game makes me incredibly emotional so heres this

I like that it's from the perspective of piano-playing Phoenix. Even though he can't actually play piano well to save his life.
After this my HC is that he can, he just deliberadly chooses to suck at it as an excuse to play poker (cause is questionably legal u know?) without people (himself included) questioning his moral since poker gives more money

@@amuddyfrog5119he was employed as a piano player but he sucked and his actual job was to play poker in the basement. Sometimes he'd play piano badly so people would pay him to stop
you ever think about how klavier doesn’t (canonically) have a single friend or family member to his name anymore? for all we know kristoph, daryan, and the other gavinners were all he had. besides perhaps apollo and trucy, he (presumably) is completely alone. ever think about that? bc i do. every single day.

Aaah this is so good!! Crying in the club rn, good job on the body language and facial expressions conveying how Sad this all is (especially for Klavier, though i also want to hug apollo and trucy.. and phoenix too the poor guy)

Damn. And I mean DAMN. That was beautiful. Did not know that song until now, but it somehow fits so well with the game. Apollo Justice is such a unique game. A mess of a concept that had to be transformed to include Phoenix at a very late stage, and yet, somehow, the game just works. Not without its faults, but it's the only one when I felt the characters like people. Everyone loses something. There's not a true happy ending, just one that dares to hope for something better. Easily one of my favorite AA games because of its downcast and mature atmosphere, and you represented that pretty perfectly. Good work, pal!
