Another good video, I thought I knew this stuff but I had kind of got in a rut, so thanks for getting me to revisit this topic! Out of curiosity, what’s the app in the iPhone dock on the far right? (Not Safari, not Mail, not Messages, but this other esteemed app?)
Thanks for watching! And it’s actually a Shortcut with a custom icon. When tapped it opens a menu of apps to choose from. All the social networks, plus a few others I didn’t have room for on my 1 Home Screen, like Bear!
Why I cannot read my work emails though Mail app. I am able to read them through Outlook app on my iPhone. Can this be change?

Unfortunately not. If you dismiss a notification there’s no “history” view

How about managing notifications from apps like door dash/uber eats where you definitely want the notifications but don’t want to see the marketing BS they send every day?
You can try sending them to summary, but leave the "Time Sensitive" notifications on! It's pretty bad the spam, though.
