It's nonsense that he doesn't tell the truth for anyone who actually listens. When he's making a prediction, he makes it clear. I do or don't see... this occurring because of this argument based on this rule. Like when he thought Chelsea might end up in breach of the break even limit... This was simple maths, he was aware they could sell players, that they could ask for exceptions... Chelsea selling hotels and training grounds to give themselves wiggle room is not something many people were expecting. Also with the United exceptions, he was proven correct, he did raise valid unanswered questions which United only answered part of. The PL were the ones who he was asking, he has always said every club has the right to fight it's case, to ask for any exceptions they think they are due. UEFA denied United all the ones they applied for with them and nobody thinks the PL still has to explain why they gave United so much more slack than anyone else.... Seriously, so many City haters are exposing how full of manure they've always been when it comes to these matters, it's equal parts satisfying to infuriating.

That's the thing I don't get. This narrative is getting old and doesn't have any solid basis to it. Chelsea won't get a transfer ban because of buying too many players. It's been well established that they have been on the right side of PSR and have taken their average wage under Abramovich from ÂŁ200,000 per week to ÂŁ60,000 per week. Why do many people seem to just ignore this fact. It's more likely that Chelsea will get a transfer ban based on the self-report they did on the financial discrepancy they apparently found after the new ownership took over from Abramovich.

Points deductions, fines, relegations is all we've ever seen for matters involving financial breaches because the players and staff themselves aren't directly involved in the breaches. Don't say Juve without looking into it, none of their titles were stripped for financial breaches, that was only for the on the field stuff.

also why is this done before start of season so every season is equal. theres time though the season too have solved both chelsea and city issues. before this season thats what truely annoys me and its not fair on other teams either. know once again they playing against teams that had unfair advantage.
winning titles bring new bigger sponsorships ect meaning extra cash flow and all that jazz so has big affect from season too season. city prize winning around 250million allowed too carry on spending and use winning that possible will be charged. minimum charged 75 time for not showing accounts
