There were these annoying kids sitting in front of my brother and me, throwing popcorn at people and just being really irritating. At the fake-out credits halfway through the film, they all ran out thinking the movie was over. We laughed so hard. I swear the next few hours were the most fun I've had watching a movie in a really long time.

The dad is by far the best character in this film. Constantly the voice of reason, always there to reassure his family no matter the "version", who seemingly gives up all hope at any and every situation. Honestly, hit's home for me.

The father was soooooo low key I had no idea until the payoff it was amazing to see the lights go off in her head as she realized what he was doing then using it as a weapon then the kiss scene amazing. The only issue I have was the realization happened via telling not showing. just a small quibble. Hands down a masterpiece this should be mandatory watching before marriage.
I loved this movie so much. It got me to call my mom after to say I love her. Unfortunately her response was "how much money do you need?"

The reason Ke Huy Quan walked away from acting is because there weren't any roles for him. He loves acting. He never wanted to quit but he just wasn't getting cast. And he didn't want to just play the same two type of characters over and over. I'm so glad he came back and had this incredible film to do it with. I hope he keeps getting the roles he deserves.

This movie. I cried so much, happy, sad, validated, bewildered, just literally everything all at once. Leaving the theater I felt changed and it made me want to appreciate life more. Just a wonderful masterpiece of cinema.

What I find so amazing about this film is how many topics it did justice. A love story between Michelle Yeoh and Ke Huy Quan. How a relationship between a parent and a child works. What depression can do to a person. Absolute masterpiece
This movie is an absolute contemporary masterpiece. I'm positively sure it's one of those rare cases when a film is born a classic.
Everything Everywhere All At Once was essentially the classic Wizard of Oz, Jamie Lee Curtis was the Wicked Witch she was trying to take away their laundry instead of toto, instead of Dorothy getting knocked out Michelle Yeoh was swept away into the metaverse instead of the yellowbrick road, & her adventures were told thru martial arts, chinese slapstick & quick tiktok clips, but in the end she realized there's no place like home, her love of those around her... it's tiktok filmmaking for a young generation, but the story is essentially exactly the same.
My sister and I cried the hardest we’ve ever cried when we saw this movie. As someone who has struggled with depression because of nihilism, this movie spoke to me and broke me like crazy. I love it, and probably won’t have a movie affect me so much because of my current mental space in life like this one. 10/10 and A+
The scene with the rocks is what got me.
I didn't quite have that reaction, but my wife got extremely emotional when it came to the generational trauma that was expressed near the end. That's something she's experienced in her family where a grandparent set the stage for all this trauma that gets passed down. The fact that the movie really was a family drama at its core hit her a lot.

the moment where you find out jobu just wants to kill herself and it culminates in her parents and her grandfather pulling her back from the edge and affirming their relationship got us weeping in the theater bc that shit was way too relatable to us TwT
Oh, 100%. Once the nihilism aspect of the film became apparent I started crying and didn’t stop until the movie was over. Even when I was laughing I just kept crying. And what’s really remarkable is that the film doesn’t achieve this through emotional manipulation.
I love hearing how the film impacted all of you, truly was a special experience.
I worked on this movie during pre-production (location scouting) with the Daniels, DP, main producer, production designer, etc. Been loving the reactions so far. I saw it 2 weeks ago and it was the 1st studio union feature film that I ever worked on (in November 2019), a monumental moment for me when I watched it in theaters. Thanks everyone for watching it! I'm 32 and this movie felt like watching star wars or lord of the rings felt like the first time I saw them as a child. Completely enraptured. I drove an hour out of my way to watch this movie, just on a whim. Had a feeling in my gut, took my fiancée who’s really picky. Both absolutely loved it. We laughed, we cried, we were in utter awe
I genuinely cried very very hard while watching the movie. The message of the daughter feeling inadequate and only wanting the approval of her mother was way too close to home. It deserves every oscar for the rest of time in my book.
Now this film won 7 oscars and become the first sci-fi film to win Oscar and also the most awarded film of all time 🎉
While Chris doesn’t grade movies anymore, I think we all know he would have given this a strong A+

I saw this movie and it changed the boundaries of what I thought cinema was. It felt like what it must’ve been to see the Wizard of Oz for the first time and suddenly transition to color. I left the theater feeling that I had witnessed a new stage in the evolution of film. Nothing can ever be the same after this movie.

Yeah, well I thought it absolutely sucked. It was erratic, ridiculous, and took itself for being much smarter than it really was. I left the cinema before it finished, I couldn't watch anymore
@@shaunbarnett2972 Yeah, it's definitely not for everyone. It's got a high intensity that has to be able to be digested to get to the message underneath. There are many ways to say something and Daniels chose the ADHD, scatter the brain cells, shred the senses method which does not work for everyone. Maybe one day when you are super bored you could give it a go to get to the gentler, introspective parts that may be more appealing to you. But then again it really doesn't say anything that you probably already know, and you may then find it doubly insulting. I didn't get any new information from it, but absolutely enjoyed the way it showed me a different way to look at it, and found the sensory and mental assault worth the experience in the end.

I wasn't prepared for how emotional the ending of the movie was. This is one of those rare films that are impossible to predict, you're just along for the ride. Definitely a contender for the best film of the year.

Filmed in 38 days with 25 mil budget and only 5 Special effects members!? This maybe my favorite movie of all time after 34 years I cannot remember cheering crying and laughing so much in a movie theater. Not even for Endgame. The whole cast was amazing from the stars down to the background actors. EVERYONE did an amazing job

This movie absolutely blew me away. It was masterful the way they used humor and absurdity to tackle such huge concepts as nihilism, existentialism, and our place in the universe. Truly a film with something to say. But one of the rare instances where the message feels more like a warm embrace than a ham-fisted rebuke. Can’t recommend enough.
For me personally, this is one of those rare cases when a movie gets into my head and soul. I left the movie theater in almost a state of shock.
Couldn’t stop thinking about it for days and now can’t wait to watch it again and again.

One that really send me bawling is the unexpected element of realness, as someone who attempted suicide, the way that Evelyn tried to nudge Joy to atleast give her existence a chance reminds me of how my parents did to me, the way that I wasn't really expecting them to bring me back to the light, warm space is what I always hold in my heart.

Sunday night. Discount movie night for university students when you present your student ID, which starts after 7:30. Everyone was recovering from the hangovers the previous night. Sunday is a sort of silent agreement between Uni students where we all catch up on all the homework we put off and study. I had just finished and had nothing to do, nobody to talk to and went to the theatres on a whim at around 9ish. The last viewings were two movies. "Men" and "Everything Everywhere All At Once". I live alone so maybe horror wasn't the best option, I thought. I had 20 minutes before the movie started so I went to eat some onion rings at a nearby burger joint since I dont like eating while watching movies. I bought the cheapest seats but was pleasantly welcomed into a completely empty theater. Not a single soul. I sat front and center and reclined the seat. Even if this turns out to be the worst movie I have ever watched, I had the theater to myself. It was nice way to check out from the rest of the world. Then it began. And it kept going. And going. And going. My God, My God. Where do I even begin?
It was like someone had grabbed my heartstrings and shredded a solo only Jimmy Page could compete with. I went in blind and left with my third eye open. I laughed out loud, I wept silently, I grimaced, I gagged, and I smiled. The movie didn't drag these feelings out of me nor did it coax them. This movie uprooted my soul, and exposed the underbelly. It was like lifting a stone and seeing all the bugs scurry for cover. Except there was no cover. It was only me, a screen projector and a state of the art surround sound system. It was mesmerizing from opening to the very last credit. I was enraptured. I COULDN'T look away. I hung onto every piece of dialouge, every sentence, every word like a baby desperately holding onto his mom while he suckles. And it all culminated into a crashing wave of harmonious emotion. Like all great works of art this isn't something you consume. It not something you experience. It's a journey, one that that transforms you for the rest of your life. It BECOMES you.
The credits rolled and I sat in silence. Complete and utter catharsis. I glided out of the movie theater and floated all the way home. It was the same sensation of a near death experience. And part of me really did die. My perspective on life, death, and happiness had been stretched, pounded, and kneaded into and inside out everything bagel. I urge everyone to watch this movie at least once in their life. To many this might be the single most important piece of media you will ever consume. The impact this film will leave on you cannot be understated enough. This isn't a movie you watch with friends or family. This is a movie you watch at your lowest or highest. This is a movie you take your girlfriend to before proposing. This movie is the quintessential human experience. And it may not leave that great of an impact on you. It may not even be on your top ten list. You might even hate it. But at the end of the day nothing really matters because "It's all a pointless swirling bucket of bullshit." :')
This needs to be the top comment. I had the same reaction, except for "wept silently" because I full-on bawled. And you mentioned something about the movie that I appreciate but rarely hear commented on: the soundtrack! Pure genius. I've seen the movie 8 times so far and recognize how an amazing sound system is an integral part of the experience.

I"m baffled that my local theater barely carried this movie. The release date got pushed like 3 times and I actually phoned the theater to ask when/if it was coming soon. Couldn't have been happier to find out it was soon after that. This film is amazing and I enjoyed every minute of it. I'm just still surprised about how few theaters were actually going to show it.

O MY GODDDDDD, I got out of the theater, went to my car, and EVERY SINGLE suppressed problem I've had built up all came out, I had no explanation as to why I started hysterically crying, but I did, and it felt great, it wasn't a depressing cry, if was an accepting, I feel at peace now. #1 movie of my life

I saw this in the theatre with my 11 and 14 year old sons.
I don’t think they had a clue why I cried at the end, however, as a parent, this film crushed me inside.
Also, when she tells Joy she’s getting fat, my 11 year old just blurts, “Emotional Damage!!”
That's exactly why kids are so insufferable today. They think they know and understand things that are ten levels above their pay grade.

I feel kids have this beautful endless hopeful mind, where there are no restrictions to there thoughts. There's no facts in the way of them. I actually find the mind of most kids to be very imaginative and enlightening. Not everything mind is built the same though, just pointing out the general structure of how they think, that's all.
Basically I'm just saying it's unfair to just call out kids as 'insufferable', because of there ignorance. Let them learn and grow. That's what's so beautiful about there minds.

I first saw this with my grown son. I held back tears so hard. Then I saw it with my daughter. Afterwards she said, I know why you wanted to see this movie with me." I asked "Why?" So you could cry. She was right. This movie will run you through a gambit of emotions. Great Review Mr. Suckman, you hit the nail on the head.
I was really surprised by the range of emotions that I felt with this movie. I was expecting confusion, but the laughter and damn near tears was just wow. So friggin good!
The directors are able to find profundity in the absurd and vice versa. It feels like a quirky piece of work on the surface. But you relate to it nonetheless. Movies like this don't usually work as well as this one does. I need to praise this movie more lol

I have never had a theatre reacted so strongly in all my life going to the movies. We laughed, we cried, we cheered, sometimes all at once. This movie isn't just a masterpiece it's a landmark for films and storytelling in general. On top of all that, Michelle Yeoh made me felt Malaysian pride in a way I've honestly never felt before. Literally a life changing experience!

The love people had for this production was so clear. The way I was coming into this film vs when I came out was dramatically different. It felt like I went through a cathartic therapy session. I hope Michelle Yeoh, Daniels, and Ke Huey Quan get Oscar nods because this was a wonderful film. I’m looking forward to watching it again soon! 🥰

I'm so glad you reviewed it. "A celestial event" was the only way I could've described it. I get dragged to a lot of blockbuster rom-coms as well as Marvel type movies - most are films I tolerate, mildly entertaining, wouldn't revisit. This movie, though, was a joy through and through. I worry that the Asian-heavy cast will make ppl think it's an "ethnic" story when in fact its themes are 100% universal, humour off the charts.
I use to love this channel but chris just doesn't care anymore. He still hasn't even reviewed the northman and is always slow now. Also the fact he doesn't score films is just trying to playing it safe. Anybody who owned this sort of channel would never have taken it for granted. Dont support his film 👎

I have no doubt that he’ll eventually review the Northman considering he loved Eggers’s other films, and review scores are nothing but an arbitrary number at the end of the days . It’s the content of the review that really matters.

Marvel films are awesome
This was one of my favourite theater experiences I've ever had. It was the biggest screen in the building, I was the only person there and I was free to go "Holy Shit!" "Wooah!!" "WTF!?" as much as I wanted. And the movie itself just blew me away. It's a true reminder of what's possible with the tools of filmmaking. Left the cinema, walked through the mall, observed all the different lives of all the different people. Met up with my Mum and gave her a big hug. That's the effect the movie had on me, I just wanted to take the time to appreciate everything that was around me. Probably sounds corny as hell but it's true. This movie gave me a moment rejuvenation.
How, just how can u say this? Did we even watched the same movie ? I left cinema 45 min into a movie just a bunch retarded parody 0 sense scenes, 0 fun, 0 brain. Literally first movie that made me leave cinema ever in my 29 years. Holy shiet wtf are u people on to say this movie is awesome hahaha
Totally had the same feeling. Especially since COVID has finally been dying down, the theater had a lot of people. When I went to watch the movie it was raining. When I got out, the sun was shining.
I saw a lot of people smiling, walking down the street with their significant others and friends. Just made me smile and at least for a moment not worry about anything. I just went for a car ride with my girlfriend and we both had a great time.
Went to see it with my dad today and could've done this but there was 2 other people last minute, we did also go to the mall after the movie haha I was definitely looking around thinking about the movie

Everyone is talking about how they cried with this movie for different reasons and I'm here to say I also cried hard the whole third act. It spoke to me about my relationship with my mom in such a deep level I just couldn't keep the tears in. The funny thing is, I was watching the movie with my parents and sister, and when i looked at my mom she was also crying. We cried together during the movie and hugged for a while once the it ended, and I don't know, it's like it helped us both see and understand centain things, and reach mutual ground. My dad is still teasing us about us crying in so many scenes, which included (MILD SPOILER) a rock falling of a cliff. This movie is just THAT freaking amazing.
The movie is a battle between Nihilism and Absurdism and I loved it! As someone who is into action movies and philosophy as a whole I recommend it 100%

After the first transition and 10 minutes I knew I was in for a treat. But I was nowhere near prepared for the absolute rollercoaster of emotions I’d experience for the next 2 hours. Genuine laughs, wtf moments, hype & uncontrollable tears… The first time I walked out of the theater actually shook by the fact I just watched a top to bottom perfect film. Shoutout to everyone involved in the making of this film. Elden Ring & EEAAO have made 2022 A tier already.

I saw this movie by myself on a whim the other day. I just wanted to get out of the house and distract myself with something. I ended up being about twenty minutes late, barely knew what the movie was about going in, and honestly had 0 expectations especially since there was only two other people in the theater with me. I came out of the movie holding back SO MUCH tears. I didn't think a movie could fill me up in the way that this movie had. This movie felt so personal, almost like it was made for me in mind. I felt so validated and SEEN and I'm so happy I got to see it in theaters. Im already planning on seeing it again tomorrow, and I'm def going to be on time for that go around!

I love this movie so much, and I like many others find it hard to articulate exactly why because of its absurdist nature. The absurdity is actually the foundation for the very well executed philosophical and psychological themes; it’s why so many people got emotional at the scene with the talking rocks. I get why some wouldn’t like it, no movie is for everyone, but this movie genuinely doesn’t give a shit what people think because _nothing matters_ and that’s okay. Bold concept, perfect cast, impressive cinematography/choreography, phenomenal story. 10/10 for me.

After watching Marvel films and their VFX credits looking like a memorial wall of names, this was an amazing feat.
I would love it if this film wins Best Visual Effects (as well as other stuff like Best Picture, Actress, Directors, OG Screenplay, etc). But I have a feeling it will get ignored by every award show and that sucks. Hopefully this comment doesn't age badly.

It deserves many accolades and it might have a shot at Original Screenplay nomination for how tightly woven and concise the story truly is. I would imagine Avatar and Strange will have the money to make it look slick and clean, but this film truly used VFX in inventive, creative ways that truly are mind-blowingly simple but crafted in editing and shot composition to look and feel larger than it really seem to be.
I believe it was nine. Five main guys who did the vast majority of it, plus two more, plus the two directors. Still incredible though.

I’m really glad the movie wasn’t afraid to be silly even though the movie was somewhat serious. It made the whole thing feel very human. Like the everything bagel. I kind of thought it was stupid but I can’t deny that the idea of a literally everything cosmic bagel of destruction at least being somewhat amusing. And I’m sure some people really liked that joke

The thing i like most about the movie is that it so obviously feels like a passion project. You can feel that the people involved in making it cared so much about it

To me, the star in this movie is Stephanie Hsu. That is an out of the world acting, incredible talent.
This movie made me laugh it made me cry it made me feel sorrow and lonely at my insignificance in the universe then it made me full of hope and joy and love at the end. I was left feeling full of emotions this was truly a masterpiece.
This movie deserves all the success it's getting, and I'm glad it's slowly climbing at the box office. I haven't felt this emotionally affected by a movie since Eternal Sunshine.

I've seen thousands of movies in my life and this might be the best movie I've ever seen. I've seen everything from obscure indie films that most people haven't seen like The Man who Fell to Earth, to disturbing French horror films like Martyrs to blockbusters and everything in between. I stayed back and watched all the credits not because I was anticipating a post credit scene but rather because I was completely and utterly floored, reflecting on how brilliant this movie was in every way.

It's not often that I leave a film grateful for having the experience of watching it. I just feel appreciation for how the randomness began with making me smile and ended by narratively giving order to the disorder. Just a wonderfully unique and enriching way to express a meaningful message. A complete breath of fresh air.
This movie was life-changing. There was never a moment that I wasn't entranced. It was absolutely outstanding and I wish I could sit at home and watch it over and over right now.

When the rock turned around with googly eyes and said, "There are no rules!" was so beautiful to me. I'm not sure what it was about it but as soon as the rock turned around, I teared up LOL.
Saw an interview with Ke Huy Quan, and he really enjoyed working on this. I didn't realise about the Swiss Army Man connection, but I loved that, so this is right up my alley. I know the struggle of having to remove glasses before recording, and glad you've managed to solve that issue. I don't think my anxiety could cope with the procedure, but happy that it is an option for some
The ability for this movie to cause the theater I was in, and me, to laugh and cry at scenes where there was absolutely no sound and no actors on screen is nothing short of a "celestial event".
That was my favorite part... Two rocks just having sincere conversations... "small piece of shit".... "language!"

The best way I can describe my feeling of watching this film was I felt like as it was unfolding more and more, the emotional weight was pushing me deeper into my seat like Daniel Kaluuya in Get Out. It was joy, heartbreak, excitement, hilarity and by the end I felt breathless. I needed sleep after I was done watching it, I think only a handful of films did that for me. This movie truly was marvelous.
This is one of my all time favorite movies now. Hilarious while also being extremely meaningful and touching. Such an amazing movie to experience. Truly unique and fresh.
The Hype is real, and this flick is unreal. Unlike anything I've ever seen, Waking Life is MAYBE the closest I can think of anything remotely similar, and that's more an issue of the philisophical elements and multiversal feel than the plot itself, which is not an original one by any means, it was just told in an amazingly unique way, and I loved every second of it.
Everyone in my theater was losing their minds with laughter, and I was there with them! Such an emotional story. I hope we get to see more movies like this too.
Me and my girlfriend went into this movie with 0 expectations. I really wanted to see this movie and after we saw Massive Talent (she picked the week before) and this was my pick... we were a bit nervous it would dissapoint or not live up to the hype...
And I think I found a new favorite movie of all time and new favorite modern movie of the 21st century.
I always will love Empire Strikes Back, but this movie is just a masterpiece 👌
We all laughed a lot, cried a bit, was amazed at everything, and can't wait to watch it countless times with other people and learn the making of this movie on the 4K release

I hate to admit it but I saw a tiktok kinda mentioning this movie and it got me interested, since I myself am a daughter of an immigrant family.
At 12am with no expectations I started watching it and oh boy it was truly an adventure of emotions…the way it was portrayed, the cinematic photography, the meaning behind it, everything was so beautiful well done! The way I relato to this movie so much it fucking hurts me, by the end of the movie I was crying soo fucking much… definitely one of the movies, no the movie that broke me in so many ways.

The Daniel’s film career seems perfect with two masterful movies! If it wasn't for all the other great films coming out this month I'd be seeing this every single week! My praise for this film cannot be controlled! When I walked out of the theater I thought to myself, "Wow... this feeling I have must be what people felt like when they first saw Star Wars and The Matrix."

This movie is SSS rank. It's the greatest movie I've watched since the Scott Pilgrim movie. The music, cinematography, fight scenes and acting is astonishingly unique and refreshingly beautiful. A modern masterpiece!

I enjoyed this movie way more than Matrix 4... I hope Michelle Yeoh as well as her co-stars get Oscar nominations.. The film also deserves nominations for screenplay, editing, directing, etc.. I'll probably watch it in a theater again soon

Genuinely everything I've been waiting for. A fun, original property with a great emotional core, amazing action & effects, entirely unique to itself and somehow both extremely weird while somehow being a movie anyone could enjoy.
So fantastic! Easily going to be one of the best of the year, maybe even one of the best of the decade. Certainly one of the most unique but accessible films I've truly ever seen.

Just got around to this, it was surprisingly impactful. Hit me like Outer Wilds did, it was a wild ride at the beginning, and an emotional gut punch at the end of it all.
I just got out of this. It was absolutely magnificent. It was ridiculous, and funny, and heart-warming, and thought provoking. I've never been more engaged by two rocks, and I'm definitely going to have to watch it again.

The Daniels are truly some of the most inventive new voices working in the film industry. They turned down being Showrunners for Loki, to pull off one of the most inventively creative and heartfelt multiversal family adventure drama I've seen in a long time. It truly elevates and takes so many ideas/elements of many genres of storytelling to craft something truly special and uniquely crafted that feels genuine and one of a kind. The benefit of living in a premier city like NYC that usually gets many notable films on first runs usually. Saw this numerous times now in many premier formats from IMAX (Lincoln Square and it's coming back for one week) and Alamo. Loved it every time I saw it. Personally, it stole quite a bit of thunder from Doctor Strange 2 overall and really leveled out my expectations for the film (not in a bad way but in a cautiously optimistic level that feels appropriate, given the insane hype for it).
I never knew a film could impact me so much. Beautiful movie and great review. Thanks, Chris.

At the risk of sounding completely self-centered, I felt almost as if this movie was made specifically for me. It has everything I love in a movie: great action, ridiculous humor, inter-generational drama, and a ton of heart at its core. Somehow works perfectly despite being so weird. Very creative and great performances all around.

My friend brought us to watch this movie on one Sunday evening, she said “it is about this mom in multiverse”. I just yeah fine, after watching Dr Strange’s Multiverse of Madness, whereby I was really really disappointed, I thought why not. So I went with very little information and expectation. Who knows that it’s gonna be one of the most mind-blowing movie I have ever watched ever in my life?
Because in spite of all those “too-much”ness of it all, it underlies very wonderful message about family bond and about kindness above everything else.
I cried three times. This is one of the best action/sci-fi films of all time.

I would live in a movie theater if I could be closer to this film. I loved it that much. Production, acting, story, pacing were all on point to be a chorus that sang to me from the screen.
I had LASIK just over a year ago after a lifetime of extreeeemely bad eyesight. Once I sat up from the surgery, they asked if I could read the digital clock across the room. I said “Yes” and started to cry. While I’ve struggled with blepharitis, styles and dry eyes during the 6-9 months post-surgery period, these are minor inconveniences when compared to being able to see clearly ALL THE TIME. Please make sure you are getting enough rest, staying hydrated, and taking breaks from computer screens frequently so you don’t experience my post-surgical complications.
Disney: We should make a live-action Ratatouille next.

Just left the theatre with my best friend and we were both just so speechless. This movie was Such a beautiful and crazy ride!!!! I laughed, I cried, I gasped and cried again lol also this movie resonated with me so much bc it reminded me of the relationship I used to have with my mom…
Sigh I have so many things to say but this is definitely one of my favorite movies
Drove outta my way to see/support this film weeks before its wide release, theater was packed on a monday night and everyone was having a blast, my eyes were salty cuz I laughed so much especially in Part 1. Even have some friends of friends in the film via martial arts community. Also happy for Ke Huy Quan and his epic return in the best possible way. Really hope this gets elevated and re-spotlight at award shows (tho recency bias during that season usually prevails) but if not I'm just glad I got to see the best movie in years in the theater.
I saw it in pre-release, too. On IMAX no less. I was worried I was ruining my neighbors' experience because I was crying so hard.
Then I was in anxious waiting for 3 weeks for the wide release so I could watch it again and again.
Chris, I have been waiting for you to review this film for so long. I saw an early showing of it a few weeks before its wide release and it was the best theater experience I have ever had. The entire audience was pulled in and engaged in every way the film wanted us to be. I thought I was overhyping it for myself after watching it, but now that it is out and the general consensus for it is really positive, your thoughts were the ones I was most eager to hear. This film sparked my imagination and appreciation for the future of cinema, and I am really glad you enjoyed the film as well.

I’m so forever thankful I went into this movie not having even seen the trailer, just going in off of word of mouth. This is quite honestly and easily in my top 10 films of all time. Like a live action Satoshi Kon film.

While there was no sad crying on my end, multiple of the absurd fighting scenes had me crying laughing.
It just started airing yesterday in my country and I'm so happy that I went to watch it - amazing movie.
