    I have watched a few of these videos and subscribed thank you, I have a dilemma that even HIK support has failed to provide answers maybe you have experience. "My cameras have Arning Schedule, I Delete All disable, shut down everything, then setup schedules in the NVR. I might have a line crossing schedule in the Camera since NVR' only does the motion. The next day IM getting alerts in the middle of my HOMEtime go check cameras, and all alerts are full-on with 24/7 schedules" I cannot figure out how to stop them from reverting back to 24/7 and can only presume it's the NVR doing this? Have you ever see this before? All cameras and NVR are on current USA firmware. Also whos the Boss the NVR or the Cameras where should I be focusing my schedules?

    • @DVSLTD
      @DVSLTD  Před 3 lety

      we have seen this before here but it was a firmware issue that stopped it reverting back to 24/7 , not sure if this helps but I removed the cameras from one system , defaulted them and then re-added them once I had set the schedule in the camera and this did work

      @@DVSLTD Your more help than HIK Support, thank you very much. I do have one other question, When setting Motion alerts, should I disable all in the camera and set only on the NVR? Then set Line Crossing in Camera since that does not exist in the NVR. What is the proper method? Best Practice I should say.

    Saludos, deseo hacer el seguimiento diario a una construcción que durará aproximadamente 6 meses; por favor la función de time lapse con imágenes en JPG se puede hacer sólo con la cámara o debe tener también el nvr? Por favor que referencias me recomiendas y precio para envió a Colombia? Mil gracias.

      @DVSLTD  Před 5 lety

      gracias por hacer contacto, sí, esto se puede hacer a través de la cámara IP como se muestra en el video, necesita una tarjeta SD insertada y si usa un enrutador 4G, incluso puede usar un sitio FTP para cargar, también puede usar un NVR serie I y haga la captura, pero esto no es recomendable, lo sentimos, no enviamos fuera del Reino Unido en este momento, puede preguntarle a HIKvision y ellos pueden proporcionarle contactos locales, aunque gracias por el comentario :)

    Very good video! I I have followed all the steps well, but to view/download the pictures I can't because in the menu of the HIKVISION page only appears at the top: live view and configuration, but not playback and picture. Hi DVS.. I only use Reolink cameras but they don't have Timelapse capabilities. Is the camera you're using an IP Camera, and the software you're using to access it, is that downloadable from the hikvision website?

    • @DVSLTD

      All our IP cameras allow this function , you can web browse into the IP camera to get the files, send them to an FTP , or use the free IVMS-4200 software to download the files , all work fine, does this help?

    Hello, I have Hikvision cameras taking snapshots on events and uploading it to a FTP server, but I cant make it possible to my cameras upload the clips taken and recorded to Micro SD to be upload it to the FTP server, so my question is the following is anyway to access the MicroSD (not using the web UI, or IVMS) to pull the videos out the Micro SD? my cameras are in remote locations using celular signal.

    • @DVSLTD
      @DVSLTD  Před 4 lety

      Hi Jose, the software or web is the best to be honest, past that you would have to do your own little programme to use the SDK. If the event is going to the FTP and SDCard , as you can do both , is it needed to get them again? Curious as to the application 😊

    • @josecarrero971
      @josecarrero971 Před 4 lety +1

      @@DVSLTD Are you guys familiar to work with SDK ? The application is the following, Cameras are installed on remote Work areas, they record snapshots of events and storage on the FTP server, besides that they record clips and storage on the micro SD, I want to be able to automate the clip recording on my FTP server automactly, so I dont have the need to every day access to the camera to pull the videos out, because we have 8 cameras total and we are going to add more, so the whole idea is to make the process simple as possible. Do you guys have the availability to provide a service to build a software to use the SDK?
