If it were any other player, it would have been a flagrant 1 and people wouldn’t have batted an eye. Sad Caruso got hurt, but you’re delusional if you think an international elbow to a guy’s face is cleaner than a play on the ball with an unfortunate landing.

the title is a little misleading. There are rules for how players can react and speak to officials. I imagine the majority of the ejections have to do with the reaction the players have and more importantly what they say to the officials. So saying they are "questionable" really isn't fitting.

A lot of these it's hard to say cuz you don't know what's being said
I've seen several people say that these behaviors are unsportsmanlike, but the truth is that it seems to me a part of the sport (obviously not all), I feel that when a player finishes a very difficult layup or takes an extremely complicated shot and makes this joke or gesture is not so much to mock, but more to say "here I am, and there is no one above me" and that type of attitude, they are great, when obviously they are well measured.
