How you will compare this jacket with RE Spirit jacket. Will a leather jacket perform as good as any other decathlon jacket in winter? It's winter season now and I need to know whether it will keep me warm or not during riding.
I haven't seen the Spirit Jacket so I cannot comment, having said that, Leather's are not weather proof, If it is cold they will make you cold if it is hot they will make it hot. they are only for abrasion resistance. Also for winter multiple layering is recommended. Wear you thermals, then a t-short, then a regular shirt then your jacket etc.
Wanted to share my experience after an year. This is by far the best leather jacket out there and especially given that it has pockets for protectors that none of the designer brands do.. impossible to wear during summer but totally apt for 3-4 months mild to harsh winter of the year ..

Fit is a personal choice, some like it loose, some like it tight etc, Don't go on other peoples' recommendations, Including me. Just go to their brand stores and demand to try it on.
